I ordered a plaque bu phone recently and was very impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of the representative. My plaque arrived on time and I was very pleased with it.

Today, December 31, I just learned that my order of December 19 will not ship until January 15! So much for the Christmas gift. Had I been informed of a factory shut down, I would have never placed the order. This is why companies go out of business. Last time I do business with this company.

The plaque I ordered I had been admiring in Skymall for some time, their shipping would have taken over 30 days to arrive though, that's when I found just address plaques online and ordered the same plaque ($10 cheaper) and it shipped in 5 days! I also chatted with customer service online and they were very helpful and friendly. Overall a great shopping experience, would totally recommend this company.

I ordered online. The ordering was easy, it came in a very timely manner, & it was exactly what we expected & wanted.

Ordered a plaque for my son and his wife as a Christmas gift. The order was processed quickly and arrived in time. I really appreciated the tracking information that was forwarded when the sign shipped as I was able to easily pull up the information on UPS.
I love the wide variety of signs offered on your site and will be ordering this spring for my own home as well as for nieces and nephews that are getting married this year as wedding plaques and address signs are wonderful and unique gift ideas.

I ordered a plaque for my mother in law & had it shipped directly to her because I wanted to make sure she received it for Christmas. I have no idea if it has been delivered yet. No confirmation of delivery was sent to me. It would also be nice if you could include some kind of a gift card for times like this so they no why & who it came from. I guess I will need to call her & find out.

I just received the house numbers I ordered as a Christmas gift. It was delivered when it was promised. The plaque is beautiful. Also, the people I spoke to after I ordered were very knowlegable and nice to speak to.

Price = great. Turnaround time = great. Actual plaque = pretty OK. I had concerns about spacing because the last name was long, but the name came out great. Everything is super until the last line with the date. December 30, 2011 is crowded together, not evenly spaced -- but there was room to do it -- if someone would have just taken the time. Also, the numbers are given as much weight as the D in December, and look silly because they look overly huge. I think a little more care in review before pushing the button would have resulted in a total score of 10. If folks looked at things as though it were going to someone they knew and loved, it might have turned out a little better.

Like I said looks good not great there are teeth (or indent) marks below the name that I find detract for the overall beauty of the peice, they are not on any other part but under the name so its possible that they have to do with the personalization but they were not in the picture online and the plaque made it through quality assurance so I guess this is what you get. Disapointed as this is for Christmas and it seems too late to do anything about it. The contact with the company was clear unlike other reviews on here and the item came in a very timely manner.

I shopped around for the best price and now I am just as pleased with the quality. It is very professional looking and it only took a couple of weeks. I saw the exact same plaques on sale at Lowes for a lot more. I am very happy with it and I cannot wait to give it to my sister for Christmas. Thanks.

I ordered my plaques quite some time ago and haven't heard a word. Not when or that it has been shipped.
