Double charged for same trip! Cheats! Do not use this service!

I was charged twice for the same trip and kept sending them my bank statement showing a double charge. They refused to reimburse me and said they only received it once and I should contact my bank when I clearly showed their service on my statement twice. They are big-time cheats and I will never use them again.

Avoid this mob like the plague people

Avoid this mob like the plague people! Booked a car to pick me up from Heathrow via their app. Making this booking involved entering my home address (obviously, as that was the destination). The app generated a price which I was happy with and paid via credit card at the time of making the booking.
Driver picked me up, no problem, then towards the end of the journey he informs me I have to pay an extra £15 to cover the congestion charge, as my house in inside the zone. I pointed out that at the time of me being given the quote, the company knew my address and that the price paid should have been inclusive of that.
His response was “Well, I can drop you outside of the zone”. This wasn’t an option for me as my wife was also in the car and is disabled, so inevitably I stumped up the £15.
I’ll never use them again and I would urge anyone to give them a very wide birth. Absolute thieves.

Awful experience !!

If I could have given this company less than 1 star then I would have.
Extremely disappointed with the quality of the car they sent for our London Luton airport pick-up today (booked a Mercedes Vito as had a lot of luggage, but ended up with a dirty old 8 seater van that didn’t have any working Air Con on such a hot day!!! So, left in sweltering heat for a journey of over an hour and a half!
Driver was 40 minutes late to pick us up so missed the Meet-and-Greet in Arrivals and had to take all our luggage to meet him in a taxi rank. Extremely poor!! Whilst the driver was decent enough, he didn't work directly for the company and picked up work on an ad-hoc basis.
I called the customer service line twice and was connected to a guy on a mobile phone. It felt like this is a one-man-band company that doesn’t give a damn about customers feedback. They have been very quick to take all the money for the booking but declined to compensate for anything other than the lack of someone meeting us in Arrivals.
I very rarely leave any kind of dissatisfied review but this is an exception given how awful the experience was. We now have another 10 hour flight to connect to feeling very hot and bothered.
Please think twice before booking!!

There is always something off

I traveled with Just Airport three times in London.
The good news is that they always do the job: show up on time and bring you to the airport.
However, in my recollection, there is always something unpleasant with them. A previous time, we had to pay more than agreed and this delayed our departure. On this latest occasion, the driver insisted on being paid cash despite them assuring me that I could have paid by card or with a link they never sent, when I booked on the phone. So I had to go and get cash, which delayed my departure. On top of that, the driver stopped for fuel on the way. This increased our delay to 25/30 minutes. As a result, I was pressed with time and couldn't have breakfast before flying as I had planned to do.
Just Airports gave me a cheap quote for the ride. However this was in line with other providers such as Bolt. I really would prefer not to start a trip with such inconvenience. So I will use another taxi company next time.

Düsseldorf airport

Düsseldorf airport.
The first and the last impression that you would always remember is your airport experience . Dusseldorf airport is very dirty , wc facilities in a very unhygienic conditions, no hand soap or wc paper available. Gates are very dirty, everywhere you can see empty bootles, empty sandwiches packages, cleaning staff is not availabe. This is my first and last impression of Germany, a very dirty country, impolite people and you get the felling that you are not welcome as a tourist. Thank you for all the bad experiences which i had fly with the worst airline of year Lufthassan and the worst airport facilities. This is Germany member of European Union ?

Could not Recommend

I was recommended to Just Airports but out of three bookings only one was successful. I had pre booked and pre paid on line for a car to pick me up at Heathrow this evening. I gave the flight details and ETA but the driver was a no show. I spoke to them on the telephone whilst at the airport and they have promised a refund. A month or so ago I booked a car from them to take my son to London City Airport, that was also a no show. I wouldn’t have the confidence to use them again. Black cabs for me in future.

Showed up an hour late.

I booked a transfer for my elderly mother in January. The driver was an hour late. I had specified that my mother did not speak English and was elderly At the time of the booking, yet no attempt was made to alert me of the delay. When my mother told me she was still waiting at the airport 20 minutes after she had landed I called the company to check why the driver hadn’t showed up. I was told in 5 different calls that the driver was 3-5 minutes away . When it was obvious that the delay was becoming unacceptable, they just stopped picking up my calls. I would seriously question the truthfulness of the positive reviews as I can see I am not the only one who has experienced this recently.

I have been using them for more than 9…

I have been using them for more than 9 years, And I am a frequent flier. justairports.com is THE site for London Airport transfers.

I have never had any troubles with them. I book and they are there on time every time at any Location I have booked for. Drivers are good. Now I always book online for airport transfers.

Try them They are worth every penny.

Stranded in Luton after driver failed to show up

Was left stranded at Luton Airport at 1:25am in winter after they didn’t turn up. The controller just said the driver wasn’t answering his phone and I’d need to find some other way home. That was it. I’d used them a few times without issues in the past but the whole point of an airport cab firm is that they turn up on time every single time. These guys didn’t even turn up at all. Use someone else.

I used this company Christmas Morning …

I used this company on Christmas morning, at 8 AM in the morning. All of public transport is shut down on Christmas day; taxis and transfer buses charge a premium for transport. I didn't want to take a chance on an uber, so I booked with Just Airports. The dispatcher assured me their company specializes in airport transfers and are extremely reliable. The driver arrived a few minutes early, very professional and helped us loading our considerable amount of luggage. The car was a newer model and very clean. I am very happy with the service from Just Airports, I would use them again!

Sleepy driver - poor customer service

First driver towards W1 was fine. But the second one I got (to take me back to the airport) fell asleep in the car while waiting for a traffic light to turn green. He was sleepy all the way to the airport. After arriving, I sent an email to the company regarding this matter and noone bothered to get back to me even just to apologize. If it was not for the second driver (the sleepy one) I would rate the service 4/5 however the fact that the company did not get back to me on my complaint shows an attitude of poor customer service.

highly recommended

I have used their service several times, the booking on the phone is very quick and easy, whether it was 1 week or 1 hour in advance.
The drivers were always very punctual both when picking up at home/hotel and at the airports.
The drivers were also patient to find my family and friends at the airport and always cordial
Good clean cars.

Excellent price/quality ratio
