I had seen Bitdefender recommend on Which. My renewal for my existing antivirus a penny off £90.00 so I thought it was a great deal (I'm a pensioner). I got so far a d I was totally stuck. I went onto there help (it cost £22.0) but it was well worth it. I can't say how helpful the person was that helped me. Saved me going onto the second bottle of wine.

American based company, American mechanic gave feedback. Feedback did not address the main issue. Waited hours for call back, eventually got a voicemail left to advise feedback at approximately 9pm at night.
Definitely would not recommend, find a local UK based company and mechanic, spend your money more wisely than I have and support local UK businesses.
