Sleep Time honey worked for me
Needed something to help me wind down from busy days. Took a chance on Sleeptime Honey. Arrived quickly and it was completely delicious - helped, I think, by my love of all things lavender. More to the point, it worked. Even just the smell made me relax. Note to self - buy more!

Best sleep for months
Quick delivery. I have slept for 8 hours for the first time in months. I don’t know if this is because it is cooler at night or the sleep honey but I have placed a repeat order because it does taste good

Nice fruity / floral tasting honey
I think it helps settle me for sleep but unfortunately not noticing, as yet, change to my broken sleep / difficulty falling asleep.. Have been using just over a week now so will carry on as have a few jars and enjoy the honey in my herbal tea.
