I am updating my previous review to reflect a very positive resolution to an initial misunderstanding.

After an issue with communication regarding my repair order (No. 250702-016), I was able to connect with Kim from the Justcom team. Kim promptly addressed my concerns and took full responsibility for the communication breakdown.

Despite a procedural mix-up on my part, their team made a professional exception to process my rejection and move forward with the return of my laptop. I truly appreciate their willingness to resolve the issue with fairness and clear communication.

The follow-up from their customer service team was excellent, and their proactive approach has left me with a positive impression. I am now awaiting the email to arrange my pickup appointment and can recommend their service based on how they handled this situation.

I've used this place many times to replace broken screens, switch out old batteries. Very quick and competent staff. Highly recommended.

AVOID!!!
If your Macbook is new (or relatively so) and has never been repaired, please take it only to an AUTHORISED APPLE serviceperson. Justcom is a franchise. Unfortunately, there is no credibility (is the serviceperson authorised by Apple?)
This is my experience: my Macbook arrived on Monday to be repaired in Pőseldorf. Barely 2 years old, no scratches, full battery, but would not go on.
The owner wrote in an estimate that it had a short. Estimate: €400.
If your Apple computer has never left the house and never been wet, you know something is wrong.
When I announced that I would pick it up UNREPAIRED, the owner said that this was not possible. I would have to pick it up in Tonndorf! Why?
Very strange!

When an authorised Apple specialist DID open it we found this: the mouse pad had been taken out and a USED part had been put in (I have been to the police and we are investigating this). If there was a short, WHY does the mouse pad - which worked perfectly before - have to be taken out?
It was NOT a short. The problem was the logic board.
It was not closed properly before. Wires were recabled IN THE WRONG POSITION and the person who opened it at Justcom should actually be in jail for such shabby work!
Pictures were taken and the police has been informed.
If you have a Macbook that you love and it needs to be repaired with authentic replacements, avoid Justcom in Pőseldorf and Tonndorf.

Schnelle, professionelle Reparatur

Repairing an iPhone should not have been so difficult or so unbelievably badly handled! Never again with these incompetent guys who lost the SIM card, and then just lied and lied!! Not a "sorry" to be heard. Just took the iPhone to COMSPOT. Whow those guys really know how to treat a customer!! They checked serial numbers and suggested straight away to send the iPhone to Apple for an exchange iPhone. Only problem was that JustCom had left a screw out when they did their poor attempt at a repair and now looks like the guarantee is void!!!! Suggestion to all of you out there looking for service to rely on: NEVER USE JUSTCOM. If you do, its your risk. USE COMSPOT always.
