Admittedly, I selected Just Flowers the day prior to my friend's 60th birthday (so my fault for waiting so long), but their add said "Same Day Delivery", which is why I went with them.

So, the "Same Day Delivery" was a bit of false advertising and then when a Customer Service Rep called and said they would make sure they were delivered the next day and that did not happen either.

Then, being now 2+ days after my friend's birthday party, I started get emails saying that they need more time.

Hello?? At this point .... Why bother?? The event came and went and now I just look like a fool to have it delivered.

Admittedly, I was very disappointed and lesson learned that 'Same Day Delivery' is just a sales pitch!

Two days after the delivery was supposed to be delivered, I called to complain. They had no idea where the delivery was and it was impossible to talk to customer service. The reps transferred my calls back and forth and even hung up on me once.
They did not believe me when I said the delivery never showed up and the reps were impolite. They did eventually give me a refund but they did not bother to inform me.

For order 9047627 I was told 9pm for the delivery. Is that EST? We are in NYC. Your reply shows PST. Please advise.
Also did not receive an email to make a new choice for order 9047700. Just give back my money please. Mother's Day is over.
