Escalation Team is handling my issue. And as per my instructions they have cancelled my membership, so I sincerely thank them. And I am even more happy that they are working on refunding my money. I applaud their great work.

I was registered on this site for due to misleading advertising on a fake official account on Instagram, linked to a service completely unrelated to this, starting with the name and the language. From what I’ve seen, I am not the only one affected. This is a scam, and they make it impossible to cancel subscription and the automatic top-up due to fake support service. Unfortunately, it's almost impossible to detect it before you finish the registration. Be careful and never put you credit card info

Kindly be clear with your inscriptions so that people don't get dissuaded thinking they are paying for just a delivery fee rather than you deducting 20 times the amount you stated.

The company agreed to refund me. But the refund was never processed. When I claimed they said I will receive refund after a period of 5-7 workable days. Then they later said I have to wait 7-10 workable days. Today is the 12th workable, I am sure if I contact them again, this time they will say I have to wait 12-15 workable days. They are also connected to Godiyspot.com that delivers the same service. When you apply here you account is also automatically deducted by the latter. This is a deceitful company 😤😤 Their agents also asked for screenshots of positive review before they proceed for refund. They are all scams here.
