First time ordering from Just Ingredients. I ordered the Coconut Vanilla Body Lotion. It left my hands scaly and itchy. I reached out to try to return and get a refund due to my negative reaction, but they said, "We’re sorry to hear that the product didn’t work out for you." Because of their policy, I was denied a refund even though my hands are super itchy and inflamed.

Honestly, this stuff is awesome. The ingredient list is insanely clean, and the vanilla bean flavor tastes real—not that fake, sugary vanilla you get with most powders. It mixes super easily, goes down smooth, and doesn’t leave you feeling bloated or heavy.

It is a little pricey and the texture is lighter than thick whey shakes, but the quality totally makes up for it. If you want a protein powder that’s clean, tastes great, and actually feels good to drink every day, this one’s a winner.

Nearly 20 days and still not received my full order!!!

How on earth are is this company still in business with the system and processes they have in place???

I order on the 7th Jan, 10 days later no update or order received, emailed and asked why.
Was told that they hadn't received the order.
Showed them the order and was then told it failed because I needed to confirm my address, even though it's been used by them previously, yet had failed to contact me about confirming
So I confirmed it only to be the told they couldn't find the payment so I then showed that to them
Was then finally told that it was a stock issue on their side
Was then told that they would send out a replacement for the missing part.
Which has now just arrived on the 24th only for that part to be still missing

What an absolute joke!
How was it that an order was allowed to sit around for this long and then promised to be rectified only then to be messed up again??

Don't bother with this lot

I placed an order and for 14 days the order status just says Pre-Transit and order is ready to ship but never changes. Ive messaged the company, emailed several times and waited over 20 minutes for a team member to answer the chat window. Have never received a response. At this point my only option to resolve this is to dispute the charge with my credit card. I would have liked to have tried the protein powder but never received a response as to when or even if my order was ever going to ship. Very disappointed in the customer service received.

I paid for next day before 12PM shipping and didn't receive my order in time (order placed after 2pm on a Tuesday and received after 12PM on the Friday). When I asked for compensation, I was told an apology was all that was manageable. The representative refused to respond further once I asked for the complaint to be raised to supervisor.

I ordered from JustIngredients successfully and my delivery was the courier promptly. However, there was the problem - Evri. My order was inexplicably delayed and has eventually arrived at my pick up point, too late for me to use it for the intended purpose. I have been let down so many times by Evri so I would not order from this company again because they use Evri. Nor would I recommend it to anyone else.

Recently ordered a pre-work out, protein powder and the ashwagandha powder and I feel like a new woman! I love this stuff and the health benefits are amazing, I highly recommend you purchase these products if you've been debating or haven't had the time; make time to place your order 10 out of 10

Good products with long BBE dates. Been using JustIngredients for several years now. I would award 5 stars if it wasn't for the delivery company, Evri. Order delivered this morning. Courier did not even knock at the door or ring the doorbell and we were in and within ear-shot. He just left the package next to a plant pot which is, of course, where I would expect to find a delivery of herbs and spices!

3 of the 1kg herbs I ordered have spoiled within 2 months after purchase, mold on them all throughout the package although they have been stored correctly. one package had green fibres in them and customer service cannot give information on where exactly the herb batch comes from other than the continent.

Customer service hasn't replied to a refund request yet...

At first I didnt get all the products I ordered, but I contacted them and 2 days later I got my missing herbs, sent by DHL express.
4 stars because they are using Hermes (now Evri) and its the worst courier company ever.

Do not use under any circumstances... I've waited for over a month for my order and had to chase them up wasting my time....now only to have my money returned as they didn't have the products in the first place

Delivered on time customer services very helpful. The only thing I would say was that I stored some items in my basket as I like to put them somewhere when I am running low and when I went back to order they had gone. Apart from that very good

Love the variety of ingredients on the website, not even heard of a lot of it but makes me want to learn about it all.

I Love this cracked pepper and have been ordering it from Just Ingredients for some time and I am never disappointed - it's essential in my kitchen!

Very quick delivery to Ireland.

Delivery was just too slow and there was no option to get next day delivery. By the time the product arrived I had bought another option from else where so am sending back sadly as I no longer require them.
