All good once we spoke on the phone.
After I had called them to find out what the status and eta for delivery was on the machine I had ordered a couple of days before, everything was great. Delivery on time and advised ahead of time. I did the shop + service which was peace of mind and made life easier as had it all assembled, tested and ready to go when it was delivered, and was shown how to use it.

Absolutely a pleasure to deal with. I chose the white glove service, the mower was fully assembled and ready to go. The delivery driver was fantastic. They even put the towing trailer together as they weren’t busy at the time. Best of all early delivery, bonus.
Full walk around of how to use the mower and its features. Well worth the money and service was fantastic. Just praying for rain now to turn my straw patch back to green grass.

Very well handled order
Very well handled order, pleased with delivery options and delivery company. Mower was fully assembled and started on the button. Only disappointment was the manual was not very good but this is down to Stiga not Just Lawnmowers. The mower though is excellent, very happy.

Ordered early afternoon on a Friday, by 5pm I had an email saying it was dispatched. Monday it arrived, I was honestly expecting a Tuesday delivery (which I would of been happy with).
