Despite some limitations in communication—such as the recent change where the mileage bundle can no longer be adjusted via the app and must now be managed through the website, and the lack of proactive updates about flexible pricing—I was ultimately very well helped by an outstanding employee, Danielle.
She stepped in at the last minute, truly understood my situation, and took full ownership to ensure everything was arranged on time. Her clear communication, transparency, and dedication made the process much easier and stress-free. Danielle’s calm attitude and positive mindset restored my confidence in Justlease. Great service when it mattered most!

I’ve had such a great experience with Justlease! From day one, they’ve been friendly, professional, and always ready to help whenever I needed it. The car I leased has been reliable and problem-free, which made everything stress-free for me. Absolutely atrocious customer service and communication
Absolutely atrocious customer service. Before signing and as we signed, people couldn't have been more helpful. As soon as the contract was signed, all communication stopped. No updates were in our app, and no emails, phonecalls or any form of communication were sent from Justlease. Our car was due to arrive in around 8-10 weeks (in July). However, no updates available. When we call, no one can give us an answer, then after the second call, we are casually told the delivery will now be in October - no apology, no sign of them even recognising this error in their communication and their failure to honor the agreement in the contract.
Employees are rude are unhelpful on the phone, no one responds to emails, and we are left without a car now for an additional few months. No one cares - they got our money locked in, and our car is apparently somewhere on the planet, but no one can tell us where, or when it will arrive. Our only option is to get a temporary car through just lease - a tiny model at a high price. What a scam!
All of this could be excused if the company communicated clearly and responded to questions and actually updated their customers. If we could, we would cancel our lease agreement. They need to train their employees better, outline more clearly when their cars will be arriving, and ensure their customers know if and when changes occur.
Simply burying your head in the sand, refusing any form of compensation, and ignoring us until you can get our money in your pockets seems to be the way Justlease operate.

My boyfriend and I contacted JustLease for a new car and we were helped by Cas Coenen who was besides helpful and always available and open to questions, also thinking along with us.

Few very simple questions, 0 answers to a potential client for a premium car
I was interested to lease a premium car from their occasion fleet. Sent an email 15 days ago, 0 answers.
Applied through website, left some questions in the comments. Received a bunch of automated emails to setup an account, which i did, but never got anyone to contact me about my questions. Just automated reminders to get me to upload all my information without even bothering about my comments or questions.

I got a very bad surprise from the collection of the first payment from Justlease (Arval). Instead of the agreed monthly payment, they charged the double amount because "the first invoice always includes an upcoming monthly lease amount"...
And they said it was informed in their website. 🤷🏼♂️
As I was not prepared to pay double of the agreed payment I contacted them to arrange something (had similar problem with other companies before and all of them were helpful by splitting in 2-3 months or postponed that payment ❤️), but Justlease/Arval simply responded that I had 15 days to pay, or they would charge legal collection fee.
For my first month with them, I regret I signed a contract with this company.
Overall poor experience
Overall poor experience, costs and misleading terms.
Their contracts are so unclear I cannot even find a client or contract number.

Great customer service team that answers every question
Before I called them on phone, I had very little information, mostly from the internet and many confusing reviews. Adne Pieterse was top help. He listened to all my needs and presented with multiple options. I asked many questions and he was very patient to answer each one of them and make me feel comfortable in making a decision.

Misleading and Aweful service
UPDATE:
I gave them a five-star rating after the booking process. However, the after-sales service was just pathetic.
At the time of booking, I was given a monthly discount of fifteen euros. When I got the car, it was not automatically applied. I therefore called and emailed them. I spent three months trying that. Eventually, after several tries, I received the monthly discount of 15 euros that was promised. The discount for the first three months was still not offered, though.
Justleast.nl is obviously deceiving by making a promise and then failing to fulfill it.
For no apparent reason, I had to put up with this forty-five euros for three months!
