I've known Harriet, Gary and Michelle for many years, and they are genuinely some of the most caring, compassionate and trustworthy people I know.
Although I haven't personally used Just Live In Care's services, I know how passionate they are about helping people and supporting families through what can often be difficult and emotional decisions. Harriet's knowledge of the care sector is exceptional, and she combines that expertise with genuine kindness, empathy and a real commitment to doing what's best for each individual.
What I particularly admire about Just Live In Care is their focus on providing personalised live-in care that allows people to remain safe, comfortable and independent in their own homes. Their approach of getting to know each person and carefully matching carers reflects the values that Harriet, Gary and Michelle have always demonstrated in everything they do.

Finding a care company that you can fully trust for your loved one is one of lives biggest decisions. However, the team made the decision easy. Their professionalism and the fact they truly care shows. Harriet and Tracey are so supportive and knowledgeable. You can clearly tell this is a family run business who put our loved one first.

I have known the Gary, Michelle and the team for around 10 years, having previously worked with them, and I was really pleased to have the opportunity to work with them again.

They are a fantastic team who are extremely knowledgeable and experienced in live-in care. They are compassionate, understanding and genuinely care about the people they support, as well as the carers who work for them.

It’s a lovely company to work for, and I feel valued and supported as part of the team. Having known them for so many years, I can honestly say they are a wonderful group of people who are passionate about providing the best possible care.

This Company is so refreshing. The listen and everything they do is so personal. They use technology to make their care notes accessible and the carer card they have is a fantastic idea. Their Care Manager, Harriet, is so kind and knowledgeable. You can not go wrong! If you are thinking of a care home, try this service first, you will not be disappointed.
