Was insured by this company for 7 years until I needed to claim. I took out there policy because I was promised by Oliver that we was covered for flood so that’s why used them. After 7 years lovier kept renewing my policy with different providers but what he didn’t tell me was that I was no longer covered for insurance (basically he neglected to check the policies) and when it came time to claim for a flood he just denied insuring us for flood and coincidentally he no longer had our original policy (how convenient for him) meaning we had to pay out over £10,000 in damages our property without even an apology or anything.

Cancelled policy after 48 hours, due a full refund.
Almost four weeks later still no refund, after numerous calls and emails. No telephone calls returned so far. Agent I had contact with always unavailable though always available when I purchased the policy. Wouldn't use again or recommend.
