I ordered goods on the 12th September. Still not received or a refund. Am trying to claim back through credit card company.

Hello, could anyone email me to let me know whats the group name to claim money from justteck?

I have the same situation, ordered computer in November, as didn’t arrive trying to clain money and still nothing.

Who should I contact to join group reporting this to the police?

Great prices offered on products that a) don't arrive and b) aren't refunded .

6 weeks after ordering I have now had to file a chargeback against them. Do yourself a favour, pay a little extra and shop at a reputable company.

THIS IS A WARNING! DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!! THEY ARE NOT DELIVERING ORDERS AND NOT RETURNING MONEY. THEY ARE PROBABLY IN A BANCRUPCY SITUATION. I ordered a TV on the 12th of September. After 5 weeks of waiting I cancelled my order. I have now been waiting more than a month to get my money back. I have spoken to customer service which is a call center in Barcelona about 10 times and they can't do anything. There is no way to call the real company. The email adress to the company given by the call center is probably fake since emails are not answered. I went to the police station to file a police report for fraud on Friday but was missing emails and over the weekend I have been preparing all the necessary documents to file a police report tomorrow. I will keep all you updated here l as I know that more people are waiting for return of money or orders. In the mean time DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM JUSTTECK.

ESTO ES UNA ADVERTENCIA! NO UTILICE ESTA EMPRESA! NO SON ENTREGAR ÓRDENES Y NO DEVOLVER DINERO. Están probablemente en una situación de banca. Ordené un televisor el 12 de septiembre. Después de 5 semanas de espera cancelé mi pedido. Ahora he estado esperando más de un mes para recuperar mi dinero. He hablado con el servicio de atención al cliente, que es un centro de atención telefónica en Barcelona unas 10 veces y no pueden hacer nada. No hay manera de llamar a la verdadera compañía. La dirección de correo electrónico a la empresa proporcionada por el centro de llamadas es probablemente falsa ya que los correos electrónicos no son contestados. Fui a la estación de policía para presentar un informe policial por fraude el viernes, pero faltaban correos electrónicos y durante el fin de semana he estado preparando todos los documentos necesarios para presentar un informe policial mañana. Los mantendré actualizados aquí, ya que sé que hay más personas esperando la devolución de dinero o pedidos. Mientras tanto, NO PIDA NADA DE JUSTTECK.

In my opinion there is something VERY wrong with this business. I ordered a computer September 19th which did not arrive within the promised time. I have contacted them many times trying to get a refund. It is now November 16th and I am still waiting. Totally unacceptable service and very suspicious.
I will update this review in the future.

UPDATE
It is now January 3, 2019. Over 3 months since I was promised a refund by Justteck and I am still waiting. Recently I found out about a group of people that have had bad service by Justteck, that have joined together in order to take Justteck to legal judgement. It costs nothing to join the group, so if you are one of the many people that have been affected by Justteck, please get in touch with them. Apparently I am not allowed to post an email address so you will need to find the Justteck review that they have put on this site. They are called

Ahora es el 3 de enero de 2019. Hace 3 meses que Justteck me prometió un reembolso y todavía estoy esperando. Recientemente me enteré de un grupo de personas que han tenido un mal servicio por parte de Justteck, que se han unido para llevar a Justteck a un juicio legal. No cuesta nada unirse al grupo, por lo que si usted es una de las muchas personas afectadas por Justteck, póngase en contacto con ellos. Today is October,25. I bought a smart TV on August, by the 10. Never get to my house. When we bought it, they said it was in stock, but after 15 days waiting they said they had so many buyers, that they sold out, apologized, and made us wait. We wait even more than the 45 days that you are allowed to claim it back. Later on, we cancelled and bought another one in other place, that is already at home, and we are still pending for the refund of the TV. Don't recommend buying from them.
En español: estamos a 25 de octubre, sobre el 10 de agosto compramos una tele, y nunca nos llegó a casa, esperamos porque nos dijeron que se habían quedado sin stock, y eso q cuando la compramos, nos aseguramos q hubiera en stock, y tras mucho esperar, decidimos anular el pedido. A día de hoy, 25 de octubre, ni televisión, ni el dinero de vuelta. No lo recomiendo.

Absolutely rubbish shop.

Extremely rude service, I even heard how dare I calling customer service, if they are physically not late with the order, saying it will be delivered in 100% in 15 working days.
After 17th working days, I sent 2 emails, no respond. After calling they informed me as they have "Little problem" and I need to wait another 30 days, because they don't have my order in stock, OR- WHICH THEY SUGGEST CANCEL THE ORDER.

Absolutely ridiculous. Waste of time and nerves.

Order placed on 26 September, I had to cancel on 19th of October, as my order was still in preparation, 3 steps before sending it.
