AVOID THE COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

They lie, cheat, promise refunds that never get paid. They ripped off an elderly couple of £2200 for doors that were delivered in the wrong size without the correct accessories. I am incensed to see that despite having done bankrupt they are now operating under the same name. NO NOT PLACE AN ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY LIE. The actual incident occurred back in 2022 and we have been waiting to see if we were going to get anything from the receivers. THEY TEMPORARILY CHANGED THEIR NAME BUT NOW ARE OPERATING UNDER THE ORIGINAL NAME THAT IS SUPPOSED TO HAVE GONE BUST. IT IS OUTRAGEOUS.

The director of this company is a F****** THIEF! - In 2021 he robbed £4400 from my bank account. He delivered damaged doors and then forcefully took a double payment. He then lied to the bank by saying he delivered the doors when he didn't. He will be facing charges from the County Court and I am not giving up until I get my money back.

we paid for doors, order received damaged. we did not receive a refund until we took them to court. got a judgement eventually, but what a waste of time they are!
please do not use them! and if they owe you money, take them to court!

We paid 20,215 GBP in July 2022 for a kitchen and wardrobe. We are now in May 2023 and only received part of the wardrobe in March 2023 which was shoddily fitted. No sign of the kitchen AT ALL after almost 10 months. Occasional replies to emails with false promises. Pursuing legal route... Avoid this company at all costs.

Terrible company. Paid nearly £17k deposit back in September and have trims for 4 out of 6 wardrobes only. No sign of anything else, just lies and excuses for months. It's been very upsetting and caused so many problems to me and my young family. Any recent good reviews must be FAKE

As a follow on from my last review, I am updating to say that I still have not received a refund for hinges that I did not receive ! This is despite the fact that I have an email from the company on the 13th January asking for my bank details so they could process the refund. I have sent four emails since then which have been ignored. Utterly appalling customer service.

I ordered 4 wardrobe doors with hinges for ikea pax and they arrived in 4 weeks. They also sent me a tracking link which they emailed to me. I had a good experience with Just Wardrobe Doors and I can see they are working really hard to communicate but their process looks manual, it's not like Amazon, but I love the finish and they fitted easily.

Totally avoid this company. The good reviews are paid for. Like another reviewer, we had a similar experience of disastrous customer service, unanswered calls and messages, money taken but no goods. When they did arrive they were the wrong size. I could go on and on but if you have any sense you will avoid this company who are good at getting your money but amateurs afterwards. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Our saga with Just Wardrobe doors has been going on for now over 16 months.

This company’s after sales and product quality is woeful. I am owed £1,300 after only receiving half of a promised refund after the product quality was inferior and not fit for purpose.

The other positive reviews on this site should be taken with a bucket full of salt!

Avoid at all costs!!!!

July 2021 - Order placed for 3 pairs of wardrobe doors to be built and sprayed. Deposit paid

Sept 2021 - Doors were due to be delivered.
We had 4 months of reasons why the doors weren’t ready. Covid, change of spray company and every other reason possible.

Dec 2021 - Doors were promised before Christmas so we paid the balance.
We had continually delayed other trades for the project.

Jan 2022 - Still no doors and obvious problems with the new spray company! Eventually the spray company themselves delivered the doors to us. Out of the 6 doors not one was perfect. Irregular mouldings, poor build quality, paint defects and marks on every door.

Feb 2022 - After sending many emails of complaint and a requesting a refund the doors were collected to be put right. We were told they wanted the chance to put it right and we were assured that the doors would be fixed and re-sprayed and delivered to us. After a few weeks, Just Wardrobe doors conceded that they could not supply the replacement doors to us.

We feel we have been incredibly patient but then started the challenge of a refund. After much communication, we agreed to receive the refund in 4 instalments.
Again, weeks of calls and emails until we received our first 1/4 payment at the beginning of April. We thought this may be the beginning of the final chapter….

May 2022- Yet again, we are chasing the next payment and the remainder of our refund. Just Wardrobe Doors are no longer responding to our calls or emails.

We are entitled to a refund for faulty goods. The amount of time and effort it has taken to get this far is ridiculous. Just Wardrobe Doors still owes us a considerable amount of money.

All we want is our consumer right which is a full refund as the company could not provide us with goods of the quality they said they could provide.

After many weeks of no contact I am now at a stage where I have received my second payment and working with the company to receive my full refund.

July 2022 - after many unanswered emails I am no further forward with receiving any more payments from the company. The company had not fulfilled its obligations to providing me with a full refund after not providing goods of the quality promised on their website.

August 2022 - after some more unanswered emails I receive an email asking me to take down this post in receipt of £338. I asked for the remainder of the refund promised and this post is still here and I have not had any further funding.

It’s now February 2023 and today JustWardrobe tried to contact me via trust pilot asking for more information or my post may be removed.

Will has my telephone number and I’ve got every email and phone call ever made. The last contact from from Will was August last year. It makes me laugh that such a contact would be made through Trustpilot when they have my contact details.

I am now 18 months on from placing my order and I have no doors and I am owed 50% of what I paid. Be very careful about making purchases from this company. They don’t act with integrity.

Justwardrobedoors are totally incompetent and their customer service is appalling. The wonderful woman who designed our bedroom has vowed never to use them again and I couldn't agree more.
We placed our order on December 22 with a sizeable deposit and it has been one long list of excuses. They have gone through the card from moving factories, to covid, to delays in the spray shop, to needing new measurements, and saying that they are only a small family business and I should understand that. They make so many promises they don't fulfill and, when you try to pick them up on them, they go missing. We are 20 weeks in and, after finally fitting the doors (minus any door handles), they have admitted they forgot to make the dressing room table which was also ordered and paid for.
They have now withdrawn from the project refusing to make the matching dressing room table and won’t provide the door handles they promised
I'm with Pat, Brendan and Mim with their reviews. Avoid at all costs, they are a disgrace.
*In further news this apology for a business has now told our designer it will not refund the money I paid for the dressing table, which was £660 because I posted this review. That is theft. I will keep you updated on developments as I take legal advice
*Just discovered one of their bosses has reviewed them on their own website and given them five stars. What a surprise, he’s the son of the company founder!
*Latest news - the five star review from his son has been taken down, and I’ve been offered my money back on the dressing table. On the downside they’re not going to give me any doorknobs and are getting their solicitors on to me for posting this review. It seems you can only post positives about them or else. I guess they’ll have to find another member of the family to give them five stars.
*You’ve got to laugh at the reply below. I wrote a wholly accurate review of our dealings with this company. They withdrew from the project a week after promising to sort out the dressing table and fit door knobs and offered me less than half what the table was worth. I then posted the review. As a result they refused any refund for the table and told me legal costs would increase the longer this review stayed up. They have now paid the full refund.
They advertise every door in the pictures on their website with doorknobs or handles but apparently these are optional extras which you have to specifically ask for or you don’t get them. They don’t tell you this. My wife now stands on a chair to open the doors and we will have to source our own doorknobs and someone to fit them as well as find a dressing table to match the doors. So this company literally is JUSTwardrobedoors.
A word of advice. Be aware that this company is prepared to halt a project, without completing it, even if you’ve paid for it. If by some chance you choose to use them, keep every email and text message otherwise you could face serious problems.
Oh and look out for any suspicious five star reviews from their family members. They didn’t address that in their reply.

I was looking for a new wardrobe and found this website online. The doors looked very stylish. Although ordering online a bit pricy doors made me nervous but at the end I was very happy with design and quality. The customer service was excellent and I am happy what I have got at the end.

So delighted with my new wardrobe doors. I absolutely love them. Fantastic service and amazing quality. Such a simple and easy way to transform a room. Will be recommending Just wardrobe doors to all my friends and family. Thanks guys.

Just re vamped out IKEA wardrobes with 6 savoy wardrobe doors, in our own colour. Our room looks a million dollars - so quick they delivered in 4 weeks quicker then the 6 weeks quoted as we had a baby arriving so pleased

We ordered a complete dressing room, they designed it online and sent us a door sample before we ordered.

The the delivery was a week late but i understand they had been moving there factory, but when it arrived we were so impressed so much better then we imagined, and allowed us to have a better quality product then we had in our budget. There were a couple of scribes missing and our fitter messed up one scribe, they sent them out promptly and at no extra charge

Just wardrobe doors have a really lovely reasonably priced product, where I would rate their customer service is zero- my doors were months overdue and I also thought they had or were going out of business as no one responded to my enquiries which is really unnerving! I think I got one phone call from Will who gave me false promises…. I really hope this company gets its customer service sorted and just contacts its customers!! Not rocket science.
I believe since being in contact with the Will that customer service issues have been resolved . Once again I really like the product.

We ordered a set of doors to fit an IKEA pax carcass for our downstairs. The quality and finish of the doors are stunning and the doors have transformed our hallway. The are very easy to fit and the overall look is bespoke and high end.

The doors have only been a couple of days but have already been complimented several times.

Would 100% recommend.

I sent them my room measurements and pictures online - they sent a design and quotation within 24 hours. I placed my order and it did take a bit longer than they originally said but when they arrived, I was overwhelmed with the quality. The finish and construction is really nicely done. They kept me informed with production and delivery dates. Overall I am very happy with my wardrobe.

Following my last review the company resolved the issue quickly

Great quality product, they have made a rather drab looking bedroom look fabulous. Really happy with the product, will definitely use again.
