The products I've ordered and received were generally speaking in a good condition. I've received one product that was a bit scratched and got a 30% discount for it. I was not pleased about it but at least I noticed the willingness to make the customer happy.
I have ordered online and picked from this branch, it is fast reservation and they send me email that items are ready for pickup. At least the cashier would asked if i want a bag, so that is better gesture than other branch in my experienced.

It looks like year after year quality in JYSK goes down. Bought some chairs with legs missing attach point and some garden furniture with cracks and missing leg. Always keep a receipt from them You will needed to get missing parts ... because lets face it, in whatever You buy there will be some missing or damaged parts. On plus goes on site support. There are a lot of shops all over the country so You just need to drive to the nearest one show Your receipt and people on site will happily give You missing parts or replace damaged ones, at least I have never had problem with that.
