I ordered flowers for my sister's bday..on the 14th..her bday sat. 17th.plenty of time to send them..no flowers on the 16th that i was told they would be delivered..no flowers on the 16th ,17th,18th....it was embarrassing for this was my gift from her sister's to her..

Bad customer service

I got a lovely bouquet from KaBloom. Unfortunately the card didn't include the name of the sender. KaBloom said it didn't know, since the order was placed through Amazon. Amazon said it couldn't say. So now I can't thank someone for the flowrs. Real customer service would, at the least, ask the sender if they could reveal their name to the recipient. Instead, I look ungrateful.

The flowers weren't packed with water…

The flowers weren't packed with water and were wilted with pale green stems. The inside of the box was also hot because they were shipped via UPS and were in a hot truck. I immediately retrieved them from my front porch, cut off 3" from the stem and placed them in water. They were droppy and barely lasted 3 days. Without water and being in a hot UPS truck was the worst method of delivery.

Rip Off Company Doesn't Deliver

I placed 2 floral orders in 1 week--$50+ each order. Wrong flowers sent with the 1st one, wrong date sent with the 2nd one!! Sent after event was over!! No one picks up the 800 # for customer service--it's just a recording. No one has responded to customer service emails either. A total waste of money & there is NO customer service. Absolute crap!

Terrible Experience!

I had an awful experience with Kabloom Flowers. My 95-year-old mother ordered a fresh Bird of Paradise flower arrangement for me—these flowers were sentimental, as they were in my wedding bouquet 50 years ago. The order was supposed to include 10 flowers, but instead, I received nine closed buds and one empty stalk.

When I contacted Kabloom, they refused to help because I had ordered through Amazon. Amazon, in turn, said they couldn’t force Kabloom to replace the flowers, leaving me stuck with a disappointing arrangement. To make matters worse, despite following the included care instructions precisely, the buds never opened. After they died, I learned that Bird of Paradise flowers almost never bloom on their own in an arrangement—they require soaking, manual opening, and feathering out. Why wasn’t this crucial information included in the instructions?

When I reached out to Kabloom again, they flat-out refused to do anything about it. Terrible customer service, misleading instructions, and a disappointing product. I would never order from them again.

Very dissapointed in this company…

Received flowers from my son for Christmas. Packing slip said 12 red roses and 5 white Lillys plus the vase. What i got was 3 wilted red roses and 8 white lillys. My son called to complain and after about 10 days I received 3 more wilted red roses and 8 lillys that were turning brown.

Worst. Flowers. Ever.

Overpriced flowers for Valentine's Day arrived on wilted stems, with dropping petals. No doubt the worst I've ever seen. When I called customer service, they refused to issue a refund, only offering to send a replacement at the end of the week. I am filed a complaint with the BBB as a result.

The Worst Customer Service

They Kept Transferring me to Telaflora (which if you look at there ratings they are not so hott) and telling me they where dealing with my order. and when telaflora finally answered they said kablooms should of not transfered you. you have to talk to kabloom. so i told kabloom that and they still transfered me. and i never got my answer i called 5 times and everytime someone was rude and just transfered me or hang up.
To make it simple Kabloom uses Telaflora to ship there flowers and if you check there reviews right now you will not be happy. Kabloom never told me they where using telaflora.
