Poor communication and slow delivery
Ordered some items for my baby before she was born. No sign of them weeks later so I emailed. No response to email so I called - they said the items would arrive for sure the next week. They didn’t. I waited longer then called again- they said one item was holding up the order and we agreed to cancel that item, and then the rest would arrive 2 days later. They didn’t. A total of 1.5 months after placing the order I emailed to cancel the whole order. 12hours after that email, they ignored my request for a refund and shipped the items. They suggested to refuse to collect the items from the pakkeshop and allow them to be returned.
I am still awaiting a refund. I would absolutely not purchase from them again, just based on the communication alone.

no doubt, the delivery time was to long. by the looks of it, it seems that holidays and miscommunication played a big part of it - not that it should an excuse.
regarding your request to cancel the rest of the order, we can see in the communication that one of our colleagues informed you that the package was already sent, and we couldnt call it back.
your package got back to us the 11th of august, you can see it in the track & Trace mail you received. On the same day the refund was made.

Purchased a set of Joolz pram and its accessories. Some of the purchases were not available. Kære Børn was responsive and quick to check on the stock and revert back on availability. Shippment was not as delayed as expected and they were able to help me to check on that as well when there was a minor hiccup.

Two long delivery time
I ordered one product during sales. I received an email two days later saying this product will take longer time to deliver because they need to order it from supplier. I guess It was written somewhere in small letters on the website but I didn’t notice and it would never occur to me that they would sell something they don’t even have. Apparently it’s normal in Denmark 🤷♀️ Anyways, I got the product after two weeks which in my opinion is like a century for online shopping therefore two stars.

as you mention, the product was labeled with "longer delivery" because we were between two shipments.
unfortunatly that's sometimes impossible to avoid.
