Great aftercare from business seemingly run by real coffee lovers for real coffee lovers

I’ve just had a great experience buying from this company selling coffee and coffee making equipment. Their prices are competitive, their service excellent, their stock really good with genuine quality kit thoughtfully curated, it seems by real coffee enthusiasts for coffee enthusiasts. I bought an upgraded coffee grinder which in the end I had some problems with. I was amazed at the speed, courtesy and efficiency of the support department in sorting this out to my full satisfaction. I dealt with someone called Lisa. They were great. I would not hesitate to buy from this company again
