I received broken furniture from the store
And now I’m essentially stuck in this lease and paying for broken objects

Don’t deal with these people. My husband and I had weekly payments and they were receiving FAITHFULLY every week until my last three weeks I decided to DOUBLE my payment and they still say we owe them money! SCAM! SCAM! S.C.A.M.M.E.R.S! Do NOT! DO NOT! Deal with this lying people at all.

I was very pleased with the way my transaction went. It was so smooth and fast but efficient. Prior to seeing an associate I had already checked their available finance company, did the process, went to associate and it was a done deal. I was told 2 to 3 weeks for furniture delivery, I had in a week.

I do feel their delivery fee is ridiculous. I am literally off the same road and they charge $200, nope. Aside from that, they were GREAT.

I have caught this company double charging me and when I complained they refunded my money and then charged me again the next week. There automatic payment system will jack your credit up. There customer service agents seem to get upset when you prove that they have made a mistake if your trying to build credit this is not the company to deal with i now have late payments on my records for mistakes they made like charging two of my cards at once I strongly suggest not using this company

THIS IS A PREDATORY LENDER. THEY WILL BURN YOU ON EVERY OPPORTUNITY.
I paid 2 accounts off within the 90 day period. On two contracts with me they didn’t make a dime. So, on the second contract I called and made a lump sum payment to pay off the balance. They sent me a text congratulating me on the early contract completion. Theee days later I get a text from Kafene stating that a last payment was returned to them and now I owe them $3006 on an account I paid in full and they confirmed. I had the my Bank draft letters and I sent Kafene my bank statements per their request, and they said I am still responsible. I’ve had to acquire an attorney because this madness has to stop.

ADD KAFENE TO ALL THE BAD BUSINESS LIST AND BLOGG’S YOU CAN FIND.

I was told that my payment would be once a month not every two weeks. Not what I signed up for. Paying like this i would be paying 3 times more than it's worth. Not good customer service lying to get clients. They are crooks for people who don't have good credit and need stuff. I would not recommend using this company for anything!

Fast delivery it took what seem like 1 day for my tires to arrive

I got Kafene through tire agent. I canceled my order through tire agent with in 4 hours because I ordered the wrong size. Kafene is still pulling the money out of my account after tire agent told them I canceled my order.

Very unprofessional company. They will take money even when your merchandise was cancelled. They knew beforehand not to take my money but still did so. It took me weeks to get my money back. These crooks will charge a customer interest. But will not allow a customer to charge them interest for illegally taking their money. I hope companies like this fails with their usury and non accountability tactics.
