Stay away from this company

I wish I had read others reviews on Trustpilot before I place an order :(

Purchased an expensive Sage coffee machine and the device was defective after I received it. Based on the Reklamation policy on their website, I sent an email explaining the issue and requested for an exchange or return. However, surprisingly they refuse to take responsibility and instead asking me to contact a 3rd party for repair! Very unprofessional and unpleasant purchase and customer service experience. My advice: Stay away from them.

Overall a great service

Delivery on time, best price on the danish marked, no fuzz and included an start-up package with coffee beans. Overall a great service.
