Kaioland was very reliable
I purchased the One Piece SS Studio Caesar Clown from Kaioland, which they had in stock. They had the best total price on the internet. Shipping took a few weeks. The statue arrived in its shipping box and was perfectly packaged. Kaioland added box corners to the shipping box. The statue arrived in perfect shape with no problems at all. Company was really great and I will use them again. Highly recommended!
Please be aware
Please be aware: Although the seller appears to be based in Spain, this is not the case. The payment is processed through an address located in a shopping center in Hong Kong. In the event of any issues, PayPal cannot be relied upon for support. Contrary to common assumptions, the transaction is not conducted with a Spanish intermediary, but directly with the Hong Kong entity.
Full refunds are not possible, as returns cannot be shipped back to the provided address. If you have even the slightest doubt about proceeding with a purchase, I strongly advise against it— for the sake of your finances and peace of mind. The risk is not worth the statue.
Furthermore, the product does not match the quality shown in the promotional images and exhibits numerous defects, even without accounting for more significant damage.
My sincere recommendation: refrain from purchasing and instead choose a reputable seller. There is no customer support available should the item arrive damaged or faulty.

SCAM. Everything is broken and there's no support.
I ordered two Dragon Ball statues. Unfortunately, both arrived broken. Goku's hair was broken off. And on the other statue, even hair, fingers, and parts of the base were broken! An accessory was completely missing – that's absolutely unacceptable! Besides that, the statues don't look like the product photos. You're paying for cheap fakes, unfortunately. I've read similar reports on social media. The seller still hasn't responded. I strongly advise everyone against ordering from them!

Very happy with my 300 EUR sukuna figure purchase :) good customer support. 10/10 will buy again
Be prepared to be played with if your order is damaged.
Sent countless emails and a year later I still haven’t received a replacement. They respond quickly enough, but it’s always the same delay excuse — “waiting for the supplier.” I get that this hobby takes time and things aren’t produced overnight, but at this point I just feel like I’ve been strung along. Every message ends with “we’ll get back to you as soon as possible,” and here we are almost a year later with the exact same response.

Attention: no Service in case of problems
I regret to report that my experience with this store has been nothing short of disastrous. I ordered an Ace statue, only to discover that the shop does nothing more than act as a broker for unlicensed merchandise. Customers are required to pay the full amount upfront, with no safeguards or assurances in place. Due to the long production und delivery time you may even surpass the 1 year covering by PayPal (but even with PayPal you will loose money, see below).
The statue itself is manufactured somewhere in China and shipped by sea, which results in painfully long waiting times. In my case, the delivery took nearly three months. During such an extended period, countless risks arise, and unsurprisingly, the product arrived in appalling condition. Approximately 90% of the statue was damaged: multiple fractures, chipped sections, and glaring paint defects.
It appears that a so‑called quality inspection was conducted; however, all fractures and damages were already present prior to shipment. In one instance, the manufacturer even attempted to conceal the defect, while in another case a magnet was missing entirely and was not included in the packaging—indicating that it must have been absent even after the supposed inspection. In my view, the item was knowingly dispatched despite these obvious flaws.
When I sought assistance, the customer service was equally unacceptable. For over a month, I received no meaningful response regarding replacement or refund. The only vague suggestion was that perhaps the head could be replaced, despite the fact that the statue was still available in stock. To make matters worse, any return must be shipped back to Hong Kong at the buyer’s expense, which is both impractical and unfair.
This business model is fundamentally exploitative. The shop contributes nothing beyond pocketing profits while leaving customers stranded. They are entirely unwilling to compromise, offering zero support and showing no interest beyond their own financial gain.
My advice is clear: avoid these black‑market temptations and purchase licensed products from official manufacturers. While the unlicensed statues may appear attractive, the risks are enormous. If problems arise, you will lose substantial amounts of money and receive no assistance whatsoever. I am now forced to escalate the matter with PayPal and my legal counsel to determine whether the sale of such unlicensed products in Europe is even permissible.

I am writing this review to warn other collectors about this company's unacceptable policy for handling damaged goods.
I purchased a figure from them, and it arrived with a broken piece. After I contacted customer service, they did send a replacement part, but their solution was highly unprofessional. They expected me to perform the repair myself, which involved removing the old factory glue residue and then using my own glue to attach the new piece.
For the price of a collectible figure, I expected a replacement of the entire unit or a full refund not to be turned into an unpaid repair technician. This is not a standard or acceptable practice for a damaged product.
Furthermore, the entire process was drawn out over a very long time due to slow shipping and back and forth communication. This delay is a critical point for buyers to be aware of by the time their inadequate "solution" was fully presented, the 180-day PayPal buyer protection period had expired, leaving me with no recourse through that channel.
In summary:
They ship a damaged product.
Their solution is to make you, the customer, perform the repair.
The slow process can run out the clock on your payment protection.
I cannot recommend this company to any serious collector. If you receive a damaged item, be prepared for a fight to get a proper resolution, and be very mindful of the time limits on your payment protection.
Update after company response:
The only thing misleading here is your last paragraph “…,not to leave customers without support”, your support has consisted solely of over simplified instructions that ignore the actual problem, followed by this misleading public reply.
In every email and even in your response here you completely ignored the bumpy glue residue which needs to be carefully removed from the figure first, before you can glue anything back on. Removing glue residue is arguably the hardest part and requires knowledge, research or experience and most likely equipment you might not even have.
Saying the piece was only detached is a straight up lie, it was clearly damaged which you also acknowledged by sending a replacement piece.
You also mention “simply placing the replacement piece”, it was glued on and needs to be glued on “simply placing” isn’t going to fix anything.
I was also never against repairing it, I was only against doing so for free, that’s why I requested a partial refund, but the only thing I got from you was disappointment.

Good experience, always reply!
I dont understand the amount of bad reviews here. I have been ordering plus 30 statues in more than 2 years at Kaionation/Kaioland, including 2 via "find your statue". Never had any major issues. They always reply (even in discussions). Recently I got the missing items and a replacement part of a statue that arrived broken, without any issues. Sometimes things don't go how you expect or wish, but that also applies for Kaioland (they dont make the statues). But in the end there was always a solution, sometimes even at their own expense. So I can not complain really, I am satisfied with their services.
