We also offer several brands of shisha tobacco in both blonde and dark varieties. We also offer the service of ordering in products from 1 piece to pallets. We stock everything shisha related from pipes to bowl, charcoal and foil. Literally everything and anything you may need to buy your first shisha pipe or add a rare piece to your collection, or just replenish supplies. We are the distributors for several brands such as Alpaca, Shaman Charcoal, Hookah John, Union Hookah and Alpha Hookah to name a few. We offer same day deliver within London and next service within the UK with free shipping over £100 on retail orders. You are also welcome to collect your order from our warehouse based in North West London. We also offer worldwide shipping with all most of the EU being free shipping with orders over £100 also. We also send all EU orders Duty and Tax paid, so you don't need to worry about paying anything extra when it is delivered to you. Being a noob isn’t always a bad thing

Having partaken of shisha, the next step obviously was to buy the kit. As I had no idea whatsoever where to start, a quick message to the company provided me with all the information I needed to make an excellent choice. Service was friendly, fast and efficient, Would completely recommend

I always order from Kaka's

I always order from Kaka's. The qulaity is good and it always arrives promptly. To no fault of their own the shipping company broke the item and it did not get shipped on time. I called them and within 2 days they sent me 2 bowls to make up for the delay. The customer service was exceptional and i will be ordering again.

The products are good but terrible service

The products are good and well priced. But the service wasn't good at all. Ordered a pro bundle with my cosmo bowl which should come with the HMD and a grommet, but at first only the bowl came. After multiple emails, I now have the HMD and the grommet is on the way, so my order will be complete about a month after I initially ordered it.

I understand mistakes can happen, but communication has been extremely poor and barely an apology for my order coming in 3 separate parts.
