My Kalixa account was suspended with no prior notice, I was given no help on the phone, told that the complaints department do not have a telephone number, I have now been told that the reason my account was suspended is listed in the terms and conditions that is all, I have no idea why, they have also told me that because they have suspended my account permanently they will also be keeping my money. Now in the hands if ombudsman. My advice stay away from Kalixa.
Christmas eve my card was blocked/ suspended by Kalixa, no advice given, no email or polite notice, just blocked and I was left to find out in a restaurant! Advised that this would have been shown if I had logged on to the website, so in essence I need to log on every time I am about to buy something.
NO explanation given, dispite giving them copies of cards used to load, copies of driving licence etc. again.
Keep calling customer service and keep getting cut off after statutory 6 minutes on hold, listening to their sickening message that my call is important to them, but just not important enough to answer.
No reply to my last three emails, and no word as to how/ when/ if they are going to reactivate the card or refund the credit balance.
All staff seem unsympathetic that this is a payment card, not a candy bar and if it doesn't work it's totally inconvenient.. with serious consquences.
