Great products and even better aftersales!
Very happy with our Kambukka thermos for coffee (and also the nice tea strainer insert for the cap). Not only does it keep your drink hot (or cold) for quite a while and is it super convenient in handling with the press button on the cap, it also simply looks great! =) (go designer team!). Also my thanks to the excellent aftersales support we got recently. Next thermos will be a Kambukka without a doubt... although given that these things are built to last that might be a while ;)

The GLS parcel delivery did not work
The GLS parcel delivery did not work. According to the GLS tracking app "The parcel has been returned to the shipper." I was not actively informed about the delivery and I was surprised to read that the parcel had been returned. Please, check with GLS and ensure that there is better follow up of the receiver.
The order system worked as it should.

Badly designed water bottle
I bought the Kambukka Lagoon for a hiking trip and was very disappointed. The internal straw design means that when the lid is closed there is a gap that water leaks through, making it useless unless you just plan to keep it totally upright and still. Not very helpful if you wish to carry it around!

High quality products as always. I bought almost all kind of products, and I really recommend this brand. Better to improve the delivery process it's a bit slow, since it's the same country, it shouldn't be more than 2 days, in my last order, i had to wait 2 days only for order preparation.
