I had a very positive dealing with this company things came nicely packed no damage had constant updates on its arrival and I'm very happy with the product I would recommend kanadoll to anyone purchasing a doll just like me I was very nervous but they came through with flying colors one thing I would keep in mind in the future was to keep the weight of the doll down as they're very heavy to move when you're old

Bad experience with my purchase. I paid for 2 extra options on my doll. They only installed one.

Everything went as expected. I contacted support directly because I wanted my package sent to a pick-up store I wasn’t sure was fully compatible, and they helped me double-check that the location was correct.

The interactions with kanadoll.com have always been positive and prompt. The dolls come better packaged than other companies I've bought from. The shipping is relatively fast. Even though there is a 13 hour difference, the staff has always responded fairly quickly. I just would like more options and manufacturers to be available.

Delivery was fast. They said its going to be 3-7 days ( EU stock ) and got the doll within 5 days. The doll: way better and way better looking that I expected. Very much satisfied with it. I ordered a relatively cheap AIBEI doll and man I tell you, when I unboxed it i could believe me eyes. Breathtakingly gorgeous. Very nice quality. The packaging has been discrete and very well done. High quality product at a reasonable price the doll looks identical to the pictures on the website. also awesome work from support they helped me when I needed it and free delivery of the package will please everyone. I recommend check doll weight through doll measurements or ask on kanadoll support because weight is one of the main problems with dolls. For me I could barely carry her from room to room. Also I don't know if it's the weight or the stiffened skeleton, but moving her torso to sit is also difficult.

When making a big investment such as this, it is very helpful to have a liaison to work with the manufacturer, you don't always need it but when you do it is invaluable.
