Having used this company for years, I am delighted with the service they provide. They keep you updated at all times and do their best to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

Been with Kays for many years and am a happy customer. Am a huge Joe Brown fan so this keeps me coming back for more! A great way to buy some wonderful brand names, without the hassle of being hit with a huge bill in one go.
Would recommend Kays and the good selection of brands they sell.

I have shopped with this catalogue for over 10 years and have been happy with the service. The goods are mainly good quality and if their not then you can return them. The problem is the prices compared to other catalogues and online shops. I understand a profit has to be made on credit items but interest free items should be more inline with other businesses. In doing this it would attract more customers buying more goods and possibly interest bearing items whilst there.

nice dealing with Kays, the website could be a little more detailed as some items have a very vague description. Delivery was my only concern! Kays did a great job setting up the delivery date and comms were very good. My issue is with the distributers. I had asked for the dryer to be delivered on Saturday thinking it would turn up at a reasonable hour. Not unreasonable to expect really? I get a phone call at 6:30 Saturday morning telling me they have to contact everybody by half 6 and that they are outside with the dryer. I would love to know if this is standard practice for the delivery company you use or was it just a couple of guys wanting to finish early and go to the football???

I use the catalogue mainly for clothes for myself and son it's so easy to use the internet site easy payment methods agreat selection of clothes well worth a visit

I needed help with a lap top I had which I ordered from Kandco, we couldn't get it to set up no one could help and all the agent keep saying was it will cost a lot of money to send back ect if they find nothing wrong with it, , they gave us a phone number which that gave us anther phone number, in the end after much phoning about we got though to a person at the place it was made, they ran though what we needed to do , which took for ever, we did every thing asked of us, it is still not working very well, and we have gone back to our old Lap Top... it is costing £ 349 - 00 for a Lap Top we cant us as its takes for ever to get on the net it we are lucky eough to even get it that far, .I .will pay up my account , but will NOT order any thing more from Kandco again. after being with them for at lest 20 years.

Handy for spreading costs. Not terribly more expensive than buying from the shops and with some of the deals they're often cheaper than the high street.

Good company, I have been doing business with them for years. The best part is spreading the cost, interest free, and free delivery.
I do find them very pricey on some stuff though, so always check prices, first.

Goods arrive on time always and the staff are always so helpful

I'm a bigger lady and normally everything is very good quality and fits a treat but sometimes the tops can be VERY low cut (maybe they think we all have big boobs?!) Trousers wise, I do struggle to find the perfect pair. The trousers for the bigger person can be a bit hit and miss (either way too big or way too small).
I'm loving the new style advisor section and it really gives some lovely idea for outfits.
Very good range of shoes and other items on offer but things can be a bit pricey because they are brand names.
Ordering and returning is so easy and the staff on the phone are very friendly :)

Ordered a living room unit. Delivery stated as 2 weeks later, not an issue I was fine with that. Tracker system said order had been despatched one week earlier than anticipated, when unit didn't arrive 10 days later I contacted kandco to be told "it's out of stock, more due in in 4 weeks time but that's subject to change". This should have flagged up somewhere on their system, certainly didn't on their invoice system as I was billed for it. Not too impressed with service and left rather annoyed!

K&Co have everything you are looking for & they have all the latest things that you want. I have been with them some time now & I cannot defeat them at all. You will love them.

If you find a pair of trousers that you really like and decide to buy another pair exactly the same are they a different fit? Surely they should all be exactly the same, but they are not. Some have a slightly shorter/longer leg or the waist fit is slightly tighter/looser. You would have thought that the makers all have the same measurements and work to those measurements but it seems not, so my advice is to order more pairs than you want and keep the ones you like best!

The whole process together with an excellent product was very pleasing.

It's a great catalogue great way to get things when u cannot get them out right

I've only had an account with Kandco for a couple of months and I was, initially, very happy with them. However, I was then sent an offer where if I spent over £50 I would receive a £10 credit on my account. I ordered some boots and an SD card to a total value of £57 pounds.

The boots were too large. I am 48 years old and have been buying size 9 since the age of 16, they always fit. These were HUGE on me so I rang to ask if I could change them to a smaller size. I was told yes I could but would lose my £10 offer!!! I feel that this is unjust as it's not my fault that these boots are clearly oversized. I will now only procure items where size does not matter. Poor form Kandco!! Kandco have lost a lot of potential revenue from me now as I will not risk making the same mistake again. It was all still one order and the discount should still have applied. I feel that I was done out of £10. I have now procured my boots from elsewhere.

kandco great when you want it but hav'nt got the cash interest free options although its a little more expensive but if cash is tight you can spread the cost to suit you you can also earn rewards for being an agent also handy if you hate trekking round the shops like me
