**⚠️ Customer Warning – Kapdathread / Krishna Fashion Fab – Missing Items, No Refund for 4 Months**
I want to warn other customers about my experience with **Kapdathread (also known as Krishna Fashion Fab)**.
I placed an order for **4 suit sets priced at ₹2,500 each** and paid the **full amount in advance**. However, when the parcel was delivered, **only 2 suits were inside the package**.
Immediately after receiving the parcel, I shared a **parcel opening video clearly showing the missing items** and reported it to **Kapdathread / Krishna Fashion Fab**. Despite providing clear proof, the seller has **continuously delayed the issue and made excuses**.
It has now been **more than 4 months of repeated follow-ups**, and the seller has still:
• Not refunded the amount for the missing suits
• Not sent the remaining items
• Not shared a proper invoice/bill despite charging GST
• Not provided dispatch proof
• Not provided packaging CCTV footage
Another concerning point is that when I initially posted a **negative review**, the seller contacted me requesting that I **remove the review**, promising that they would **either refund the amount or replace the missing suits**.
Trusting their assurance, I removed the review.
Unfortunately, **after the review was removed, they again stopped responding and never fulfilled their promise**.
After **4 months of waiting and following up**, I am now left with no option but to **consider filing a formal consumer complaint and GST complaint against Kapdathread / Krishna Fashion Fab**.
I am posting this review so that **other customers are aware of this experience before placing an order with Kapdathread or Krishna Fashion Fab**.
