Got to be the most unhelpful shady…

Got to be the most unhelpful shady diagnostic tooling companies in the UK.

I once bought a tool from them an AVDI and because I dared criticise the product on their own forum I got banned.

I simply asked why are updates emailed? I had just bought the tool and was told to wait a week for the software as they were doing an update?

So spend a couple a couple of thousand on a tool that you cannot use?

Anyway I returned the tool

About 1 year later I had no option but to buy another tools

Cut a long story short, the sales promises were short lived. The tool didn't have updates free for life. The modules you buy they simply renamed meaning you had to buy them again.

A couple of years in the product stopped working (AVDI). It looked like a driver issue. I went online, lots were moaning about it. It seemed you had to pay for a yearly license or the tool was dead.
So you spend money on the tool and it becomes useless overnight unless you pay more. Clever idea I think

To top it off, I reckon 40% of the claimed functions don't work

They had "DPF Off" on a merc on the site for years. It never appeared lol

To put simply: Rip off Merchants
