After going to the Kaplan, my English skills is getting better.

To be honest, this is the third time I’ve spent my stay at Kaplan for three weeks. That says it all: I love coming here. The classes, the students, La Brezza whenever I come here, I know it’s going to be a wonderful experience. I would gladly come back for a fourth time next year.

i studied for 3 weeks and for what i’ve paid it was not worth it.
first of all they sent me and my friend (who was with me) the schedule 2 days before the departure instead of a lot earlier, and we were put in the afternoon classes. We had all our activities booked in the afternoon, so we then changed from pm to am for the other two weeks but it cost us 40£. for the rest, the teachers are not that good for a school this popular and the activities were not what i expected from an Advanced level class.
i wanted to give one star but the japanese lady who works in the cafeteria was lovely, so i added one for her.
i won’t recommend this school.

The teaching is very good, the teachers are attentive and make sure everyone takes part. What’s more, the learning is fun and really effective.

I think it's a great experience, especially if you're in your twenties. The lessons are quick and really help you improve your English in a friendly atmosphere.

Excellent school with high professional teachers! I spent two weeks at Kaplan Manchester International and I will remember them as one of my best studying holidays in UK! I learned a lot and my English improved so much that now I am able to go sightseeing the city by also talking with everyone. In fact Mancunians are very friendly and I had the chance to speak fluently even out of the school! Moreover, the Kaplan secretariat give you all the assistance you need in solving every kind of problem you may have! I do thank them all for having made easier my stay and my journey to Manchester!

I took an English test with them and encountered an unexpected technical issue which resulted in an invalid test. This is understandable so I request for a retest but they refused a retest and insisted that I pay again. I was extremely shocked and upset about this, not only due to the additional cost, but also the significant delay to my application process that this incident resulted in. I could not risk another hiccup and chose to take another approved test by Oxford (can't remember the exact name) and the experience was so much smoother and quicker. AVOID THIS TEST AT ALL COSTS IF YOU WANT TO START YOUR STUDIES ON TIME
