Offer. £10 in and £20 free bet. I have been observing the site for a couple of months as the promotions rapidly change from browser to browser. I signed up through this offer. After signing up its stating £10 in and £15 free bet. It also costs 2.5% fee to deposit. Never seen that on any site before. Shocking. I can't get my head around doing this to people.

Really happy with Karamba. More serious than many other bookmakers. Deposit and withdrawal are not hard, takes not too long. Verification is fair. Livechat Is fast and will help.

The only thing that is not so good is the website, it is slow, I often use some time to get inside.

Worst sportsbook I have ever used. Do not honour bonuses. Customer support are useless. Avoid at all costs.

Live chat no longer working.
Bonuses and Free bets are promised, but not fulfilled.
Before you could just go on live chat and request it however now with live chat unresponsive theres literally no way.
Neither do they reply to emails.
To make matters worst now cashouts dont work. They dont even pay out anymore.

I’m not even sure where to start on the level of badness from this site. It’s actually worrying how they are allowed to operate!
So thought I’d have a little flutter deposited £30 it leaves my bank but doesn’t appear on my account.
Contact support told it’s stuck in system it’ll take up to 24hrs … not happy but OK

24 hours later contact support as money is not in account to be told that the deposit times out and money will be back in mu account soon. Again not happy but OK

36 hours later no money still, contact them again. There is no refund on its website at back and in fact I now have to proof the transaction. Now very cross I did this I’m told it’s been escalated

So now I’m getting pretty annoyed you can’t keep taking people money

So 48hrs later I contact them again and I’m told there is no time limit on them looking into it and wait … so I raise a complaint and when I ask for the complaint reference I’m told it’s internal and cannot be shared !!!
More like a complaint isn’t raised and nothing can do!

Why are these companies allowed to act in this way !!

Thought I had found a good casino finally. I won some small amounts and it was processed quickly. Then they just shut my account and said I could play again in 6 months they couldn’t explain why even after many emails asking for a reason. I still had money in my balance which was eventually processed. Beware you can be playing one more it’s and banned the next. I won’t return even after this ban is up they are definitely not to be trusted

How long does it take for a withdrawal to be processed?

Waiting over 2 weeks now for my withdrawal, they say it’s down processing it but surely not 2 weeks been told for over a week now it will be in my account by end of the day and still nothing!

I am having them saying they are having technical faults and it is to do with them paying out withdrawels I have never experienced this before if I receive my funds tomorrow I will come back and upgrade my stars I have to update this as the very next morning my funds were in my account so I will play with this site again .

So after seeing such bad reviews I thought I'd give them a try. Crazy right!
Deposited £30 and uploaded documents. Did not nor do I ever accept bonus offers. Documents were verified in minutes. Played on a few slots and cashed out £330.
Had email confirmation to say withdrawal has been sent to processing also site says withdrawals have been approved. So if I do get my winnings I'll keep you posted and change the star rating.
Update 13/11/22 woke up this morning and funds are in my account. Well done Karamba great experience and wide variety of games to choose from.

Encouraged you to deposit £10 to bet and then wouldnt take a bet on any premier league game.
