They paid me £1000 within 2 hours then I won £3000 and now there asking for pay documents which I have sent but I seem to be waiting for ages and have not been paid the second amount yet

I got email (saying that all 5 are processed) spoke to your colleague on live chat which confirmed to me that all money will be received by Tuesday - surprise surprise still Nothing!!!!! I have sent all the documents which were accepted so what's stops you to return my money?

I've been playing and depositing now for quite a while on this site and up to now it's been very good , I've had around 10 withdrawals ranging from £50 to £460 and the money has been in my account generally the following day up untill my most recent request for a withdrawal of £450 as they now need documents for verification as by law yet the law didn't seem to matter on the previous withdrawals they put through or the vast amounts of deposits I put through and still allowed me to deposit after my last withdrawal request . After reading the comments on verification here I'm not convinced I'm going to see this money but will post an update in the subsequent days.

Quick enough to take your deposits and email to confirm them but after being told that withdrawals take 48 hours from when your documents are verified im still waiting 96 hours later , I've been told that my withdrawal is being dealt with by the " responsible gambling " team - never had issues on any other sites that I regularly deposit and withdrawal from - I won £7000 fairly yet it seems I won't get it.
