The product I received looks a lot lower quality then in the picture, im not even sure there was opal in the medallion I ordered :(

Poor customer service!

It’s been two weeks since I placed my order, and I haven’t received any updates. There’s been no tracking information or estimated delivery date, even though the ring was supposed to arrive within six days. This has been a very disappointing customer service experience, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering from this company again.

Over all experience was worth the wait

At first I had a bad review because of the waiting time, but honestly once a customer service representative reached out my order was promptly given to me. The quality is absolutely gorgeous! Its a trust the process kind of website and expect long wait delivery but its 100% worth it!! Honestly!!

I would give this company 0 if I could

I would give this company 0 if I could! My partner ordered my ring from here, just over 2 weeks now after paying for 6-8 day shipping. The tracking hasn’t changed and comes up with an error message everytime I try to check it. I’ve emailed, messaged on Facebook and Instagram, none of them have replied… the customer service is none existent! We are moving house next week and will no longer be able to access this property to receive the parcel. I would 100% avoid this company at all costs.

Pushy website- I hope they improve

There are no real time updates with my order.
And the website pushes me to make a purchase with what they think is enough time to make an important decision. So, if I need more time to shop and the timer runs out, my cart empties out. That is rude and inconvenient. When my order arrives, I will give an update on the beauty and quality of the jewelry. UPDATE #1: Karatlove customer service replied to my review and email, and I appreciate that. I changed my review from 3 stars to 4 stars.

At this point i am starting to regret buying from this company. I emailed about a change in ring size 3 times and no one has responded back to me yet. I need to confirm if the size can be adjusted before it is shipped to me.
