I recently had liposuction with Alex Karidis and I am just blown away by the results. I am perimenopausal and after years of being able to maintain a lean and toned physique through exercise I have struggled for the last 5 years as no matter what I have done I have continued to gain weight around my stomach and thighs. I finally decided to bite the bullet and I had a consultation and progressed with liposuction on my stomach, flanks and thighs. It’s 3 months on and that old confidence is coming back. The operation went smoothly and the aftercare by the nurses was outstanding. I think I still have some recovery to go with a small amount of swelling still on my legs but I know that’s to be expected and I’m excited for the final result. I already have a 3 inch reduction on my waist and 4 inches on my hips and my stomach is completely flat for the first time in 5 years. Thank you Alex Karidis and to your team for the great support.

O the horror, the horror!
I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy.

My chest looks as if it’s beens mutilated, my left nipple is almost sinking as there is no gland anymore, behind either of them. I can perpetually feel it rubbing against bone.

Devastating!!

I thought, mistakenly that some finesse and speciality would of been shown to me but the more time goes i can see the results of my surgery with Mr Karidis.

Two dents and a concaved deformed chest. I should never of done this. He’s just made it worse. Why o why? What have i done to deserve this.

I had revisionist gynaecomastia surgery with Mr Karidis in February to remove excess gland and to try correct previous surgery. While he was very personable, his team and nursing staff very professional the surgery has left me with alarming results.

There is nothing behind either nipple, just skin and bone and i am left with two big dents either side and an unnatural looking chest. My left nipple being especially sensitive of the fact as the it rubs against the breast bone constantly.

On initial consultation i asked Mr Karidis about crater deformity but he assured me that that was a thing of the past.
I had a follow up and he told me to ‘lift dumbbells’, never mind.
Anyway what’s done is done. Just trying not to let it destroy me at the minute. Life is hard.

It was so successful! i had miradry from Stevie and she was really kind, the procedure worked perfectly, and i went from having hyperhidrosis to being sweat free! highly recommend

Miradry treatment 1 year 5 months ago.

I just wanted to share my experience getting Miradry treatment at Karidis. The nurse who did my treatment was really friendly and made me feel so comfortable. Even though the treatment was a bit uncomfortable, it was totally worth it. The healing process involved some swelling and a little bit of purging, but it wasn't too bad. Overall, I'm really happy with the results. I do sweat, but just like the average person would. I'm even thinking about getting a second treatment for even better results, and I would recommend this clinic to anyone. Thanks again!

I shall start at the beginning! I had a face lift and rhinoplasty in February and I was, quite literally, terrified. If it wasn’t for the support and reassurance of Dr Karidis and his team, I’m not sure I could have gone through with it.
Dr Karidis is a very kind man and his expertise really reassured me. Stephen was very very supportive and was always there if I needed to ask a question - by text or phone call. I spoke to the anaesthetist on the phone and they even arranged for me to speak to somebody who had had a facelift - she was amazing! She really helped to ease my mind as she could answer all my questions from a different perspective. The nurse (Raquel) was very thorough and I had regular contact with her also.
I had jowls and a deviated septum and I felt I looked tired and aged. The only thing stopping me doing this was the nerves. The support I received from Dr Karidis and his team really got me through this barrier and I am so glad I did.
Now, when I get ready, I feel great when I look in the mirror - the jowls are gone and new people I meet cannot believe I’m 50.
Recovery isn’t a walk in the park - this is an honest review. You must have support from your family; emotionally and physically. There is some pain and painkillers will quell this. My biggest take away is patience! This is a journey and your face and swelling will be up and down. When it settles, trust me, you will feel incredible.
I have to say that I had no pain whatsoever with my rhinoplasty - literally none. I had a couple of nights of feeling a little stuffy but other than that, no discomfort at all. Stevie took my splint off (she is lovely!) and again, no pain. My face did smart a bit as I said above, but painkillers (codeine) worked a treat.
If you want a facelift, do your research as I did, find a surgeon you can trust such as Dr Karidis and take a deep breath! When you’re through recovery, you will wish you’d done it sooner!

Excellent, excellent, excellent. from the care and attention pre, during and post to the actual operation and outstanding results - couldn't recommend highly enough.

I used Alex Karidis for liposuction back in Feb-24. I just wanted to give an update on how things went and are going since then. The consultation process at the beginning was reassuring and I signed up for liposuction in 4 areas. I was nervous when the day came but things went well on the day of the procedure. I opted to leave the same day rather than stay overnight and I felt surprisingly perky when I left the hospital. I was able to work from the following day onwards however I worked from home for a week rather than going into the office which I believed helped. I was worried that I would be in a lot of pain but, to be honest, I just felt sore all over more than any real pain. There was only 1 occasion where I had excruciating pain for about 90 mins but I took more painkillers and then it quickly subsided. The body garment was bulkier than I expected but as it was still winter I managed to hide this under a jumper. The healing process is quite a long process though. I was advised it takes 6-9 months to see the full result and I'm now approaching the 4-month mark. There is still some swelling but is it definitely coming down. There are changes week-on-week so I know my body is still healing. The definition has started showing at the top of my abdomen area and more recently on the flanks and I'm hoping/expecting the definition will continue to show elsewhere as the healing continues. I'm very happy with the results so far but am keen to get to the end of the process to see the final result. I'm being careful with what I eat to give myself the best chance of seeing good results. I'll try and remember to post an update towards the end of the year with the final result. As a guideline, I'm a 55 yr old male. I wasn't overweight but never had definition in the abdomen area.

The surgery was a really easy experience, in a very comfortable hospital and Mr Karidis' work was fantastic.

Results are phenomenal. Other surgeons I had consulted with said my case would require skin excision leading to significant scarring. Mr Karidis' technique and skill meant he was able to do the surgery without skin excision leading to no visible scarring. The result is a really natural and great looking chest that I am 100% satisfied with.

The whole experience and outcome has exceeded expectations. The cost was a little more than other surgeons had quoted, but for the results and additional safety of surgery in a hospital (rather than clinic) I would say it was absolutely worth it.

The only clinic I will ever trust! I am incredibly nervous around needles but I went to see Stevie for lip fillers for the first time earlier this year. Stevie made me feel really comfortable and calm during the appointment. The procedure of the lip fillers was not painful and I LOVED the results! So much so, I am going back this week for a top up. Thank you Karidis Clinic & especially to Stevie!

I had three lots of V. Beam laser and was really pleased with the outcomes. Stevie is fantastic at what she does, as well as a really lovely girl, she made the experience much more pleasurable. I would strongly advise getting it done if necessary, and seeing her if possible. A very satisfied custome

This was my second surgery with Mr Karidis and I cannot fault the process. I do not know how someone could have a bad experience, the whole process was smooth. I am a panicker and was given a few mental health coaching sessions prior, great service to offer. The anaesthetist was reassuring and did it my way with a mask first (fear of needles). Of course some discomfort afterwards but pain wise, very controlled and the nurses were attentive and friendly with conversation. Mr Karidis came and seen me before he left for the day and that was just so calming. Honestly , I'm in constant amazment at Mr Karidis' work and what he has acheived for me, life changing and the confidence is high. I travelled over 2 hours many times for this experience - the operation, for dressing changes, for check ups. If i was doing this surgery , i was doing it right and beyond glad at my choice of surgeon

Recently had explant surgery and couldn’t be happier, I knew it was the right decision for me however I had some reservations with regards to how my breasts would look after the procedure.

Honestly couldn’t be happier with the results, Dr karidis was fantastic and I was blown away with the level of support provided by Dr Karidis team.

Awful experience where no empathy or sensitivity was provided to me on a human level.

They clearly have it displayed on their website that they use lasers to treat the under eye. They then got me to send photos and turned around and said said we don’t treat that area - making en go through the humiliation of sending them vulnerable photos to claim that the option of laser treatment was never an option in the first place.

They then proceeded to ignore my follow up email. They have since made a half hearted effort to address this but haven’t actually address anything - whilst trying to get the review removed. They have also repeatedly put on me that my responses are “short” and used patronising phrases like “continued correspondence” and twist thing I say.

They also never confirmed any additional treatments after I asked them too. They called me once and didn’t even leave a voicemail. They had no interest in getting this resolved and just wanted to get me to take the review down.

Mr Karidis is an exemplary surgeon with a kind and informative manner. I went from putting off rhinoplasty for many many years to feeling completely at ease and confident in my decision to do so. The process was made easy and all of my questions were answered. I felt very comfortable in Mr Karidis’s care and his team were incredibly supportive and helpful also. I highly recommend him as a surgeon and have already done so to other friends that have asked me about him.

Attention to detail with a thorough consultation to explain what my expectations were prior to having surgery. Mr Alex Karidis has in my own personal opinion created and sculptured to perfection an amazing face lift by using his outstanding techniques to perform perfection at its best and to achieve a result that us a cut above the rest in this ever competitive world of beauty and I wanted to share my experience with people who are considering going under tge knife to enhance their own wellbeing that if its The Karidis team who have the chance to perform the procedure then you will making a positive move in making a journey you will never forget which has changed my life forever. Had my armpits done in May last year I used to have sweat literally drip from them down my sides could not wear anything but black was always soaking wet. Since having this procedure it has completely changed my life I get clamy armpits now but nothing to even notice I can wear any colour I want and don't even have to put deodorant on if I don't want to.
Was a bit uncomfortable for a week after but 100 percent worth it.

Dr Mark is amazing, I was so nervous about my procedure but honestly I couldn’t be more pleased with my results. The whole team are fantastic and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Lovin my new body x
