Avoid at all costs...literally
I'll do my best to keep this short. Their UI/UX is substandard. Their support can be slow to respond and cynical. I scheduled a bulk email to at most 40 people and not only does it seem like the emails didn't go through, there's no way to confirm because the system isn't letting me view my previously sent messages. It keeps prompting me to connect my Gmail (a totally separate issue they need to fix).
The icing on the cake that tells you the type of company it is.....they use the infamous "you have to contact us to cancel" method. Even worse, the button on their site doesn't work for me. I separately emailed their support 3 days straight asking them to cancel my account and they haven't responded once. This is on top of the multiple support emails I've sent this week that they haven't responded to.
Don't waste your time.
