Scam. I ordered 3 items and tried to return them. They keep offering me a credit and will not send me a refund label. Their return policy on their website says "Customers can contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. If you have received a defective or damaged item, the wrong size or the wrong product, please contact us immediately at our Support CenteR" They are not honoring this. Awful. I cannot believe this website has not been shut down.

I ordered 4 dresses that I needed for an event
I checked the delivery times specified in the Karmajj websites and the dresses were supposed to arrive 1 week before my event
The parcel arrived more than a week late so I didn't need the dresses anymore.
I sent an email and they offered me a $5 refund!! after I had paid $121 for the dresses...
I wasn't even going to open the parcel because I just wanted to return it, but I decided to open it and I found that only 2 dresses had been delivered!
Still waiting for Karmajj to offer me a fair solution!
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST I HAVE EVER SEEN!
a day after posting this they even stopped answering my emails, I am going to complain to the International Online Dispute Resolution. Anyone knows any other organisations that could help please?

I am absolutely livid and shocked to discover another fraudulent website, Karmajj.com, which is essentially a clone of the scam site ssatin.com. They have the same MO - take your money, never ship the order, and then disappear like a puff of smoke.

These two websites are eerily similar, almost identical, and it's clear that they've stolen product images from other sites. It's like they're not even trying to hide the fact that they're scammers.

I have to strongly warn everyone, do NOT fall for this. If you've had a bad experience with SSatin.com, you can bet Karmajj.com will be just as bad, if not worse. They're just two sides of the same counterfeit coin.

I'm absolutely fuming over this. I never thought I'd see the day where I would come across another scam site so similar to an existing one. It's a blatant slap in the face to all consumers who are simply trying to shop safely online.

Everyone needs to be aware of this and steer clear of these websites. Let's report them, spread the word, and stop these scam artists from ripping off more innocent people. I'm off to write more negative reviews and warnings about them wherever I can. They won't get away with this!
