Steer well clear!

Steer well clear of this company/garage.
I attempted to sell my car through the CarWow website. I informed CarWow about the kerbed wheels, and in doing so they deducted £300 from my initial valuation. Not a problem, fairs far.
Karmax then won the auction and failed to contact me for almost two weeks, despite numerous messages, phone calls to both Karmax and CarWow, asking them to chase Karmax up.
I then decided to search for Karmax on google, and came across these reviews. I immediately contacted CarWow and stipulated that I would not be accepting or receiving a lower amount than what was listed, and achieved in auction, as this company has a proven track record of attempting to scam customers left, right, and centre.
CarWow said I was under no obligation to sell my car for any less, and they would look into these reviews as they had not been made aware of this companies reputation.
After CarWow managed chased this company up, I finally received a call and was told they would come that weekend to collect my car. Surprise surprise, no one turned up, and now one week later I’ve received a text from CarWow saying Karmax no longer wish to purchase my vehicle.
No communication whatsoever out of decency by Karmax.
Avoid at all costs, otherwise you run the risk of being totally messed around or worse still conned!

AVOID this seller, fake service history

I bought a Landrover Discovery Sport from their previous trading name a few months ago which was advertised as having full service history.

When viewing the car they showed me the supposed full service history on the landrover website and sent a printout to me subsequently. When I looked into it with the official dealer there was no service history for the car at all and the landrover document they showed me was fake.

After they refused to answer my calls and later shut up shop and reopened as Evolution Motorz with made up 5* reviewsAVOID AT ALL COSTS

Wish I could give zero stars

Wish I could give zero stars: purchased an evoque end of May. Within the first week I notified him that there is clearly an issue with the DPF, amongst other things. 12 weeks later, a lot of fobbing off, the finance company have now taken responsibility for this as surprise surprise, he’s gone AWOL. A new DPF is required which isn’t cheap as he clearly knew, he’s nowhere to be found, website taken down, and he still hasn’t transferred over the ownership of my car that I part exchanged for this heap.
He was rude throughout the “aftercare of the sale”, lied through his teeth. An absolute rogue. I don’t know how this “man” sleeps at night. Awful person. Wish I checked trust pilot prior to calling him and purchasing my car.

Dodgy guy!!! Beware!!

'Ghazahan Khan' or what ever name he goes by brought my car from carwow. Knocked me down on my price as the 'car wasn't as described' which it was! Tried to give me a load a nonsense on mechanical stuff, but needed my car gone as it did have lots of faults so I could buy a new one.
He never took ownership of my car and has now got parking fines and the council of Manchester now chasing me! Told DVLA who have finally changed the ownership as the 2 numbers I have for him were 'burner' he doesn't respond to emails and now his website is no longer working! Clearly a dodgy guy!! I wouldn't buy anything or even sell anything to this guy again!

Disappointing sale

Sold my car through Carwow who put a reserve price on it £1k less than the original offer. Karmax came to view and then tried to brow beat me into a further reduction of £1500. Was a very stressful experience and I felt cheated at the experience.

NOT TO BE TRUSTED

The above company 'bought' my car through Carwow at the reserve price.
On my first call from Adam (Mohammed Chowdrey) he asked what price we were going to agree for the car. My response, 'the reserve price' which you have agreed to.
Days later and with still no firm timetable for the collection of the car, it was then alleged that following a walk round video(which I provided) in addition to all detailed images on Carwow, that the car was not in the condition of the images (which it is), and Adam has knocked of £1k from the reserve price.
Absolute shower to deal with, and a poor representation of Motor dealers who Carwow have on their books, in the way they undertake their dealings. Reserve the car to stop others buying it, and then haggle and try and pay as little as possible for it. Complete waste of time.
