There was a little miscommunication at first between the towing company and K4K… but it all got sorted out in the end

They were very helpful from the beginning to having my vehicle picked up

Everyone I spoke to, to arrange the donation were AWESOME! The sweet lady that was the tow truck driver, was unbelievable! So sweet, professional, knowledgeable, and totally GREAT! The donation of our car was a very EASY process!

Very easy process, everyone was friendly and helpful

After being jerked around by a couple of companies who claim to pay for cars, I “gave up” & called Kars4Kids. Best move ever! The person I spoke with was kind, efficient, and professional. Within hours I was contacted by one of their affiliate towing companies who set up an appointment for a few days away. The driver arrived on time and removed the car as promised. A day later I received acknowledgment & a receipt from Kars4Kids.

I would like to express my appreciation in Kars4Kids patience in making the donation happen. I contacted Kars4kids before Christmas, 2025, but a series of health issues prevented me from driving the vehicle to the mainland.
I must apologize to the previous agents from Kars4Kids and the towing company from Richmond who did their best to assist me, and were somehow bypast when I last contacted Kars4Kids.
Finally, when I arrived in Ladner from Mayne Island the tow truck driver, who was very personable, was there waiting for me. I couldn't ask for better service..

Kars4Kids made the donation as simple as possible. Also, when I had questions they were quick to respond and very helpful

Customer service rep Leo went out of his way to help with a car donation back in 2024. Kars4Kids did not send me my gift receipt and my hotel getaway voucher. Leo made it happen and all is well.

employees were very helpful and kept me up to date with everything. Very smooth transaction and easy to donate and a very worthy cause.

There was a bit of a mix up with the towing company, I thought I had sent them my info but I had only sent it to Kars4kids, but very painless and easy so far.

Everything was completely handled by K4K. I simply provided my RV details and they did the rest. It took awhile to sell due to age of our vehicle, but they were tenacious and found a buyer. Buyer contacted us and arranged to pick up the RV. Easy.

On time, friendly, Driver knew what to do

It was so easy to do. I called and talked to a representative named Aeriana who got the information on my car and said she would contact the towing company. The towing company contacted me to set a time for pickup. They showed up on time, was very friendly and loaded up my car. Kars4Kids was in contact with me the whole way, Hardest part was finding my car title to sign it over.

According to Charity Watch, Kars 4 kids is a Scam 501, which has faced significant criticism and multiple state-level fines for misleading donors about where the money goes. The organization, based in Lakewood, New Jersey, funnels nearly all of its program funds to a sister charity, Oorah, which primarily supports Orthodox Jewish children and families in New York and New Jersey.
95% of cash raised through the car-donation program is funneled to a Lakewood-based charity that uses a portion of the funds to promote Jewish theology among both children and adults.
Shame on trust pilot for giving this scam 501 5 Stars. Makes me wonder who owns trust Pilot. I'll have to investigate.
Asbury Press reported on March 4, 2026 that A recent federal lawsuit claims the KarsKids ads are deceptive and accuses the charity of mail and wire fraud, and racketeering. The complaint describes the non-profit's approach as “a scheme to deceive unwitting donors into donating their vehicles for undisclosed and misrepresented purposes.” It also calls it “fraudulent conduct.”
