It was so easy I wish I'd done it sooner
It was so easy, I wish I'd done it months ago. I kept putting it off because I couldn't find my pink slip, but they took care of everything and sent me a tax form when it sold. The guy who came to pick it up was super nice and efficient.

My experience
This was the only company willing to pick up a car via the tow truck for a car that was not driveable. The service was prompt and friendly. I received a fair price for my vehicle. I received a tax form and tax receipt as promised.

Scooter donation
I wanted to donate my 1987 yamaha scooter so i called kars for kids. They let me know that thwy could put up for auction and the highest bidder would be able to come pick up. They informed me it might take a monrh or two. I agreed and they were able to help me with the process with very little I had to provide except for a few pics and a questions about the scooter. Once it sold Kars 4 Kids provided the name and number of the buyer and arranged for pickup. Kars for kids took care of all paperwork. It was a great experience and would do it again. 2nd time donating, great experience!!
Online process was easy and they provided details of the tow company. Tow company contacted in about 48 hrs and was able to schedule for Saturday which was great. Overall great experience. This is our 2nd donation to Kars4kids , happy to donate!

Easy Boat Donation
Easy to contact, timely, pickup well coordinated. An overall easy process. My tax receipt for the boat donation was for more than I expected which shows Kars 4 Kids is trying to get maximum value for the donations.

Received emails/txt with clear instructions with what we needed or needed to do each step of the way. Even included a link to our state DOL to report donation.

great customer service
Everyone was VERY nice and thorough. I would make a few suggestions: In the beginning, there were just too many texts and emails... in one day, i got 5... it was hard b/c we were going thru so much, but i called and asked them to tone it down on all the contacts, and they did. 2. maybe a different song? i know all the words and can sing it to you now :) 3. no one told us we had to have pictures of the car until it was too late to do anything about it. the car was in CA and we were in TX, but we finally found someone who helped us. it would have been nice to know that ahead of time and we would have taken care of it when we were out there, however, like i also mentioned, everyone was nice. the towing company i had issues with, but we worked things out.
