I had an issue with getting one of my milestone payments for a game I played. I reached out to their customer service and they were so polite and awesome with resolving the issue. The games they offer are always fun with good payouts and the surveys are always good to take. Very cool app.

Met in the middle
I appreciated that after the investigation, they realized that I provided all that I could to show that I continued with the terms and provided me the rewards that were missing. But they were also transparent to let me know if I continue to try to reach other goals that this might happen again, so it would be at my own risk.
