The BEST brand and products

I have around 70 products from this brand and I have nothing bad to say about a single one of them, everything does what it’s supposed to and makes my life 1000x times easier as a nail tech! My clients love the professional look and I love the use! The tools have made me faster, smoother and has given my desk a luxury upgrade! My favourite items have to be the 6 in 1 cross cut in medium grit (I can debulk in just 15 seconds 🫢) and the Ultrasonic cleaner with the disinfectant tray keeps my cleaning process fast and easy! I also loveee the e file it’s so smooth and has really helped with the pain in my hands as I don’t feel any of the vibrations. This brand really is the BEST and i’m so glad I found them at the start of my career 🥰🥰

Amazing company all nail techs should use.

This company truly deserves 5 stars & more. Their products are amazing the best I’ve used, there’s so much care & attention put it to them. Their customer service is outstanding. And they actually care about their customers always offering advice & tutorials, they give back to their customers too. Their online courses are fantastic. I just cannot say enough good things about Katie, her team & products all amazing. Fast delivery service too what more could us nail techs ask for?!

Not worth the hype, or money!

I can honestly say, I have never experienced such bad customer service from a company, as I have with Katie Barnes. I’m not sure if it’s intentional, but every message comes across as condescending and rude.

I have purchased many scissors from them, for them all to blunt within 3 months. Apparently, this is totally normal…however, after using other brands previously, I sadly think they’re just cheap quality tools, with a hefty price tag. It shows with how they must be disinfected, as they cannot withstand sterilisation.

I wish I read reviews previously, as I now know I’m not the only one. Even a known nail technician professional who used to work with them, has said the exact same thing to me with longevity.

If you’re thinking of using them, honestly don’t, there is a reason they’re always on offer! The efile bits have also done the exact same. Spend your money with brands who care, who are happy to help & do not play the victim when you complain.

I think the assumption is that the user already has some knowledge because there didn’t seem to be any info in the package about best or safe use but I was cautious and they are the best E-file bits I’ve bought. Really quick delivery and I thoroughly recommend and will continue

Terrible company, cheap products!

I wish I had read the bad reviews here before parting with my hard earned cash! I bought the manicure desk lamp for my home salon which was great to start with, then just stopped working. There is no telephone number to speak to anybody. You can only contact by email which is not great when you're busy with client appointments. I had to buy a cheap temporary lamp online whilst waiting for a response. They eventually agreed to send a replacement. Unfortunately, the same issue occurred within a matter of days, and I was left with a lamp that didn't work. The very delayed response to this was they would send another replacement lamp and I would not receive a refund, even though I reported the fault within 30 days as per the Consumer Rights Act 2015. It was even suggested that I might like to sell the third lamp on! I've never heard of a company suggesting anything so ludicrous! I will continue to try and get my money back and hope this review helps others to not make the same mistake by ordering from this horrendously unprofessional company.

Unfortunately I am not happy with the…

Unfortunately I am not happy with the product (clamp white light) I purchased one hoping it will be really bright but it's just average. I notified company 3h after delivery just after I checked the light out(yes to do that you have to unpack it) -> packed it back sent email about return. Received the reply that Unfortunately I can't return it. I purchased the light for my hobby crafts at home not for business (for my beauty business I have much stronger and better colours lights). So ignoring the Customer Act 2015. I went to ask on company FB and instagram to sell the light but was than banned. So stay clear if you are not sure of your purchase as you won't be able to not like it....

Fantastic Lamp

Ordering was easy, my lamp came quickly and I LOVE it, it is better than I expected, it has made a huge difference and being able to move the light in all directions is amazing

Please read before buying

I purchased the new lamp in July on presale and received it on the 11th of August. It stopped working 27th of September. I am recovering from aggressive breast cancer so this product is not being used in a busy salon setting. After emailing (this company do not have a contact number)and providing video evidence I was eventually sent a replacement on the 19th of October. The replacement lamp stopped working on the 21st of November after only being used a maximum of 10 times. I again sent video evidence via email and requested a refund after taking advice from Trading Standards. This is because they pointed out the item was "not fit for purpose" and "did not last a reasonable amount of time". My emails were then completely ignored for 8 days. In frustration I left a review on their website via the Judge Me review site to alert other buyers of my experience. It was an honest and certainly not insulting review(it has not yet been uploaded to their site). Within 17 minutes of posting that review I was contacted by their CEO who essentially said all my claims of being ignored were incorrect and was instructed to stay professional on social media!! I had not left any comment on their social media and nor did I intend to to. I simply wanted a refund for my faulty item. I was advised last night via email that I would not get a refund, that the fault on 2 successive lamps was due to the electrics in my home. Yet no other electrical appliance in my house has been affected so it makes no sense to use that reasoning. As I move forward with my recovery I will certainly never buy another item from this brand. Please read all the reviews before you buy because it appears to be something of a theme that no refund is their go to for their products. Having worked for decades in customer service and as a customer myself I can honestly say this has been the worst experience I've had with any business. Accessing my life and critical illness cover after my diagnosis was an absolute breeze in comparison to how this company handle their customer claims/issues.
