Avoid suitcases / bags

Purchased a cabin suitcase which now transpires is certainly designed for looks rather than functionality. Topples over without any proper weight in the case. The coating scuffs so easily which is seriously impractical for a suitcase. I also purchased the cabin bag and the zip fell off after using for the first time. Wouldn’t recommend or purchase again.

Do not purchase anything from katieloxton!!!!!

I was bought a suitcase and bag with my initials on it which I received on January 18. I traveled one week later and before I reached my destination one of the zip locks fell off. I contacted customer service y friend who purchased it contacted customer service and nothing. What a horrendous customer service and I would not recommend you purchase anything from this company!!!!

Disappointed - DO NOT buy the backpack.

Disappointed. Initially I thought it was cool to have my initials in a bag, but unfortunately my experience was the same as another review that I saw in here:

1) I had the backpack for a year, not carrying lots of weight (just by laptop and lunchbox everyday) and the "leather" of a strap just ripped off. No durability at all. Another item to polute the world now.

2) The backpack is always open because the magnetic is not good enough, so I paid £20 to a different company to add velcro to increase safety.

Get yourself a good backpack - not Katie Loxton.

Lovely makeup bag

I ordered a large makeup bag, website was extremely easy to navigate with easy visuals to monogram. Delivery was super quick. Packaging was beautiful and the makeup bag is true to website and I’m very happy with it. Definitely use this company again.

Excellent Customer Service

I very rarely write reviews, but after receiving such excellent customer service I felt I needed to.

I contacted the customer service team after discovering that the sunglasses I’d purchased were missing one of the nose supports when I went to wear them for the first time. Within an hour, I received a response advising that a replacement pair had already been sent out and would be with me shortly.

Outstanding service — excellent work, Katie Loxton.

Laptop not made to website dimensions

I have purchased quite a few thing from Katie Loxton this year and especially over Christmas.
I purchased the laptop bag and before I purchased it, I measured my laptop bag. The measurements online were 26.5 cm x 37.5 cm x 5 cm and my laptop was the just a cm shorter in all dimensions. It does not fit, the bag is smaller than it looks and there is no give to get laptop in. I did personalise it as I thought that I had done my homework. I have tried to send it back and Katie Loxton will not refund due to the strap being personalised. I like the laptop bag, it is not what described on the website. So I have a useless laptop bag at the cost of £40!

CABIN SUITCASE

I purchased a cabin suitcase for my daughter. It’s beautiful BUT you just can’t leave it standing alone. It constantly topples over. The case certainly wasn’t overloaded - we only went for a one night trip! It wheels along ok but as soon as you let go of the handle whilst standing still the case falls over. The wheel positioning is not good. It stands fine when empty 🤷‍♀️. Very disappointed as the case is damaged already from constantly falling.

Customer experience is second to none.

Customer experience is second to none.
I bought a Katie Loxton bag on a cruise ship, which turned out to be faulty.
I contacted Katie Loxton customer service and they couldn't have been more helpful
I sent them photos of item along with proof of purchase, and today I received my new bag from them

Extremely disappointed

Extremely disappointed. Ordered 2 gifts as presents. Two bracelets with engraved messages and paid for personalised bags etc. The bracelets have arrived the quality is extremely poor/cheap no engraving done on them and placed in the wrong bags with their names on. There is no telephone number to call you have to email, this now will not be sorted by the birthday m. I wish I’d read the reviews before hand as would not of parted with the money.

Bought a bag and a hat and scarf set

Bought a bag and a hat and scarf set, both logos on. But.. the cross body bag!!! The strap length is for a child, not a grown adult. Contacted the company and they wished me well but as I had the bag logo’d they say their T&Cs mean they cannot offer replacements unless faulty!

To me, the fact the the crossbody strap means the bag sit under boobs on ribs means there’s a fault in the strap length. However… they do NOT give a damn.

I’d say avoidance is the best policy here. Youre wasting your money!

Faulty

Bought 2 bags and one arrived damaged for which I was sent a refund. The name on other one came off even without using the bag and storing well. Not heard back for the second bag though. Very disappointed as this was a gift for someone.

Ordered a bag for my aunty’s Christmas present then read some bad reviews on here so was really worried. The bag has just arrived and it is beautiful I am so pleased and it’s packaged amazingly looks really high end and I am a handbag person. Really nice I will be ordering again.

Good Customer Service!

I recently inquired about a product I ordered, and the customer service was excellent. The lady was very friendly and sorted out the issue quickly via email. The parcel arrived on time without any damage, which I was very pleased with. The gift bag and personalised necklace are also beautiful. I can't wait to purchase more stuff soon!
