It was anormal ordering experience with no issues

This company is a TOTAL scam

This company is a TOTAL scam! Don’t buy anything from them. When I placed my order, I received an email stating my order was received, but there was no order number. After 2 weeks I sent an email, asking the status, and received a response that it was being looked into, but no follow-up was sent. I then called and spoke with a representative and was told my order was lost in-transit. If that was the case, I still should have received an email once it was shipped, so it could be tracked. After 10 more days, still with no merchandise or tracking information, I called another representative and he said it was shipped and would send me an email with the tracking. I never received that email. I called a third time that same day and another representative told me that the cutting boards never shipped and that this was highly unusual. I have zero trust and have placed a dispute with my credit card company. They will try to appease you, and string you along to drag out their deceit as long as possible.
