Worst customer service !

Worst customer service !! I've sent pictures/emails multiple times with no response.
Paid a lot of money thinking I was receiving 2 titanium boards. Only received 1.
Sent pictures showing how scratched boards were after only using once or twice. Then noticed the board was bubbling round the edges. Not happy!!

Katuchef Scam Company

Katuchef is a scam company. They took my money, never delivered the order, and did not refund me. They must do this to everyone because they have email prompts that immediately respond to a customer's request to find out status of the order. Purely a SCAM company. DO NOT BUY YOUR CUTTING BOARD HERE

Don't order, it's a scam according to me

We ordered through an add in Canada and no mention of it being US dollars, that's the first issue, the second was no news whatsoever after first email until I wrote back almost a month later. I wanted to cancel and they replied that I had to receive it first and apparently it was finally in the mail. Received it on January 9th and it was smaller then my wife thought so we wanted to return for refund but after over a dozen emails they have yet to reply to my request on how to do so and my time is running out, any suggestions?

Disappointing as unusable

This product arrived with a lot of damages around all four edges. packaging was fully intact, I have not used it, item is still in its package, couldn’t get refund as it’s over 30 days.
Totally waste of money, cannot speak to anyone to get a replacement or refund

Fake chopping boards

I have had the chopping boards independently tested and they have 0% titantium. I requested a refund and it was ignored. Unacceptable poor quality product and terrible customer service.

Beware of $ charged, USD only not stated

Their webpage indicates fast delivery to my City, looks good and a bit pricey, but I’m over plastic cutting boards.
I’ve purchased, and notice I’ve been charged significantly more than my invoice from Lithuania.
When I tried to contact via the email attached to the order, it came back as doesn’t exist! Red flags….
Eventually I was sent an invoice in USD, which explains the huge price increase.
I have tried to cancel the order, within the hour, but they are saying it’s been sent and refusing to pull the shipment.
Beware of the $ charged, at no point does it say USD.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Katuchef sent an Unauthorized big order…

Katuchef sent an Unauthorized big order of their metal cutting boards when I was only Looking at their products. I received an email of confirmation. I notified this company Immediately to Cancel this unauthorized order. They refused. I got a charge of $118.00 which I was responsible for! The company then Tricked me into providing a good review Before sending me a shipping label. Then I had to call again to ask to return their product But NO they refused! This company put you on a subscription so you get another order
Monthly. Do Not even Look at their website they will put an order through! BE AWARE OF KATUCHEF company. PayPal would not help so I had to cancel them so I wouldn’t continue to receive monthly subscriptions.
$118.00 they charged me! and they had the nerve to add 2 warranties also. What a mess.

I would never shop there again.

After the products arrived in damaged packaging and I didn't like them, I wanted to send them back. Customer support refused to give me a return address and offered me an 85% discount if I kept the products. After I agreed, customer support was no longer available. Only when I filed a complaint with PayPal was I given a return address and I got my money back (at my own expense for the return shipping). This experience cost me ~€15 in shipping costs (here and back) and a lot of stress.

Malfunctioning Order System - Not Cancelled

I placed an order for one board on 12/20/25 and rejected all the extra offers. After checked out their system added orders of 4 for $176.31 and 3 for $104.97. I immediately called but no one answered so I emailed to cancel. Even when only a few minutes elapsed I got an email that the order was already in process and couldn’t be cancelled. Yet it took almost a month for Katuchef to partially ship two “unordered” orders with the original order of 1 still undelivered. There was more than ample time to cancel or correct my order but they were unwilling to do so. I was so eager to try this most innovative product and end up with 8 of them (1 which was my only intention, to my surprise, inexplicably still not shipped). I called to return and get a refund but they wanted me to do a survey which I did. They replied today that I can return the unwanted items unused in its original packaging or keep the items for a 25% refund but I have no use for 8 cutting boards costing $353 when I only need 1 to try. I am experiencing so much frustration.

Never to order from Katuchef again!

This was supposed to be a Christmas present last December. I purchased this Katuchef Titanium cutting board from the company's website offering 70% discount on package of 2. I was surprised to be billed with additional 2 more cutting boards and an additional warranty charge which I did not order. I contacted them right away to cancel the additional 2 cutting boards and warranty that I did not order. Why would I need warranty for a supposedly durable and robust Titanium board? They emailed me back and said they can't cancel claiming it already shipped within the hour that I put in the order! so my option only is to wait for package then return it within 30 days if I don't want the product. I received the shipment after 20 days of waiting. The package was poorly packed and one of the boxes was dented. I checked the cutting board and it's very thin metal and quite small 20x29cm and the edges are roughly cut. It is looking like a low quality cutting board, the box says " Handcrafted Japanese excellence" but it looks like a cheap flimsy knock off. I didn't like the quality of these overpriced cutting boards so I contacted the customer service by email to return the product but they did not reply to me. After couple of days I received my email undelivered cause it says their mailbox is full. I tried emailing their agent who provided me the invoice but I did not get any reply. Now the 30 days will be up soon and looks like I won't be able to return these unwanted product. Very poor quality product and Terrible customer service!

Update on Feb 13, 2026: So I finally received a response from Katuchef CS named Peter and they acknowledged the mistake on the order and refunded me the duplicate order. However they did not refund the warranty charges that I never ordered. But I appreciate their responding to my concerns and thus upgrading my review to 2 more stars. The fact that the poor quality of the cutting boards are not really as advertised and the way they process online orders and not allowing cancellation within the hour of submitting an erroneous order are the reasons I'm not deleting this post and to be fair with them cause they replied to my concerns, I am upgrading my review rating to 3-stars.

Delivery gone wrong !!

I like the cutting board I received, however it is not scratch resistant as offered,it is NOT the size I ordered,they sent me the smallest/wrong size AND I ordered 2 (two) cutting boards and paid for 2 and ONLY received 1(one)....I have tried for over a week sending emails ,they have answered me back a couple times but when I try to respond back with the information requested my emails are bounced back as not delivered!! I'm ready to make a formal complaint to paypal to be refunded my money ! Just discovered today that this company placed a second order which was for only one cutting board charged me only for that order but completely ignored my original order which luckily they did not charge for but sent the new order with the order number of what I had actually wanted !! This company is really screwed up !!! Update !! This company contacted me after seeing this review and sent me a full refund !! All I can say is kindly thank you !!
