Best nightwear
I’ve just ordered two more of the chemises (nighties) which I think says it all! Beautifully made, so comfortable to sleep in, wash well and great colour. I’ve gone with orange, discounted at the moment, great for me as my fave colour. Also true to size.

I'm so pleased that the chemise is helping, please remember to wash at 40 degrees (or less) with washing powder only. No conditioner, this will keep the specially woven holes unblocked, allowing your body to breathe. Anyway, thank you, you have made my week. x

Excellent ordering system but odd sizing
No problems with the ordering system. Easy to order and the nightdress came very quickly. Also impressed with the updates on my order. However, I'm less pleased with the nightdress itself. I was surprised how thick and heavy the fabric was. I was expecting something lighter weight. Also, I'm usually a size 12-14 so I ordered a size 14 thinking better a bit loose than a bit tight with an unfamiliar brand but the one that arrived is a size 18! I didn't realise at first. It's only a bit big, so I only noticed after I'd been wearing it a while. An 18 should be like a tent on me so either the sizing is very skimpy or this one has the wrong label on it. I decided not to send it back it as arrived on the hottest day of the year and I'd been wearing it for several hours before I checked the label. On the plus side, I love the coral colour and the drape is very flattering. I'd have preferred slightly wider shoulder straps for greater comfort.

Hi Katharine, Thank you so much for taking the time to make a review, it is not what I had hoped for, but feedback is precious for me to improve my service. It is completely my fault so I will try to explain. After the article about me appeared in Living North Magazine, my sales went crazy.
When I was putting your order together I had 17x Coral UK 14's lined up and 1 coral UK18, plus a host of other orders. I have obviously sent you the UK18 by mistake. The lady who should have received it, had a UK14, so it is totally my fault. She now has a UK14 with my apologies, but I was baffled as to what I had done with the UK18. At least now I know, so my apologies.
The sizing I based on M&S sizing charts, so I'm not sure why your chemise was an UK18 but looked like a UK14. It may well have had the incorrect label as I'm sure these things must happen in manufacture.
The material was invented by myself to allow your body to breathe, and it is quite a shock at first as it is indeed 225gms of bamboo and eucalyptus. I finally decided on this weight after trial and error because it hung (draped) better. I am so pleased that you noticed this. I am very pleased that you loved the colour. It was a risk for me to choose it, but it has been really popular.
Well, I hope that this all makes sense and I am not just rambling. I take on board your desire for wider straps, I will 'put that out there' and see what people think for my next order.
