incompetent and unreliable
Since qualifying as a makeup artist, I haven't had the time to work as one because it isn't my primary profession. So I was quite excited when I saw the masterclass contouring course on KCC's website. I enrolled and paid and received an acknowledgment email. I even followed up with a phone call to confirm the course and enquire whether to bring any tools such as makeup brushes and was advised that everything will be provided.
This course was scheduled for 16 March 2016. On the day, I had made alternative arrangements to enable me leave work early. On arrival at the Kensington centre, I met a lovely lady at the reception who completed the registration process and directed me to the beauty department. Unfortunately, no one knew anything about the course! I was directed to a black lady who apologised and confirmed that course didn't exist. She said she had told the college to take it off the website! She then advised me to seek a refund.
How can a college that claim to be a first class centre be this incompetent! The worst thing is that as I write this today 22 March, this course is still being advertised on their website. Unbelievable! Please avoid this college.
