Bad experience with seller kd89fr also on ebay

Bad experience with this ebay seller kd89fr, bought some Beco Tech screwdrivers in december 2021 and they are already rusting on the tips. Seller did not want to replace them, just asked for new tips, not all new screwdrivers. Should be replaced under warranty i think. He said could be from "touching by hand " ??? Also that the blued tips are open to rusting, while anyone in the word of watches knows that blueing steel helps prevent rust.

August 3rd 2022 ; you are just lying, i also informed Becotechnic about your appalling service and refusal to guarantee their product. 4 of the screwdrivers do not rust - the ones i use most - but the 2 smaller ones i almost never use do rust. So hand touching or storage is NOT the issue here you POS.

Bonjour, ces mèches de tournevis en acier sont recouverts d'un traitement chimique qui permet d'éviter la rouille car l'acier à base de fer, rouille. Le bleuissement appliqué en surface de la mèche est une protection contre la rouille mais ne rend pas le métal inoxydable pour autant, il va de soi que si vous utilisez vos mèches à mauvais escient, dans un produit qui attaque, alors la partie en surface ne fera plus son effet, tout comme le fait de mal conserver vos tournevis, l'acier bleui doit resté gras et être conservé dans un endroit sec. Un bon outil on en prend soin et on l'entretien. La rouille n'est pas arrivée par miracle 7 mois après votre achat, tout est scientifique. Cordialement

ANSWER TO THE SELLER THAT NOW BANNED ME ON EBAY AFTER SENDING A MESSAGE! SO I COULD NOT REPLY:
You still cannot admit the mistakes you did as seller. You are not worthy of an answer but I have decided to tell you that your behave on ebay has been wrong and YOU have created the problem when there WAS NOT ANY problem! I DID NOT CREATE ANY PROBLEM! I simply try safeguard my money. YOU INSTEAD CONVINCED EBAY TO CLOSE THE CLAIM THAT I HAVE RIGHTFULLY OPENED AFTER EBAY CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVICED ME TO DO IT!
You could have shipped the missing item as WE agreed via message, and AS I KINDLY SAID since the beginning, I would have immediately closed the claim, but no. YOU HAD TO CLOSE IT BEFORE ME, crying to the customer service! Poor boy.
In EBAY you cannot:
1-declare all item shipped when they are not
2-“forget” to advice me
3-convince ebay to close the claim when YOU KNOW I HAD ALL THE RIGHT TO DO IT (you could have said “yes of course I ship the item later, yeah yeah” then disappear!)
4-pretend to be in the right position still after I have explained all my reasons. You are simply WRONG!
Jees if you are funny.
Consult your conscience and wake up. Think before doing things!

REVIEW: I write the review here because in Ebay the seller can ask the customer service to delete negative feedbacks.
The quality of the product is ok, and the shipping was fast. But:
I bought 5 watch oils from this company. Only 4 has been shipped in one single package and:
1-the seller marked as shipped all of the items, even if not true; in that way my money were gone, and the ebay evidences shows that all items got delivered. I even got an email saying that the dispute was closed in favor to the seller and no refund was coming for me.
2-the seller did not advice me of the item missing because of out of stock. When a buyer takes something from your shop online you AT LEAST send them a message regarding the item missing from your stock. In combination with the point 1 above, the lack of communication is very bad!
3-I have contacted customer service and they adviced me to open a claim. I did. The seller contacted the customer service and asked them to close it. And they did. This is a scheme pattern. See my Ebay review on Trustpilot.
4-the seller called me dishonest at the end. This is the cherry on the cake! He accuse me of opening a claim on the all order of 5 oils, when is absolutely NOT true! I have opened a claim only on the missing item, with the value of 139 usd!
(In the meanwhile the customer service did a mistake and opened a claim for another item and I have prompty closed it!)

Votre commande comportait 5 huiles et seulement 4 vous ont été expédiées, cette erreur a été de suite assumée par notre équipe dès que vous nous avez averti.

Nous avons voulu vous expédier l’huile manquante pour régler le problème simplement sauf que vous avez ouvert un litige sur l’article bloquant les fonds et nous empêchant de vous l’expédier c’est la raison pour laquelle nous avons clos le litige et avons préféré vous rembourser l’article que vous n’avez pas reçu, si vous vouliez recevoir l’article il ne fallait pas bloquer les fonds.

Je ne vois pas vraiment où est le problème dès lors où vous avez été remboursé, j’ai l’impression que vous n’avez pas vu votre remboursement, je vous invite donc à consulter votre compte ebay qui vous indiquera que les fonds de l’article ont été recrédité sur votre compte lorsque le dossier a été clôturé, l’erreur est humaine, nous pouvons réparer une erreur simplement dès lors où le client nous en laisse la possibilité.

Les évaluations avec des propos offensants sont effectivement supprimées par eBay.
Notez que nous avons toujours été correct et poli avec vous malgré vos dizaines de messages dont certains sont très insultants !
