Absolutely shambolic company with NO respect. Pestered me during my fathers death and funeral for payment on a product I was mis sold in may. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I have been engaged with this company for a couple of years now, continually threatening legal action for a bill I apparently accrued.

Miss-sold by one of their reps I was promised editorials, SEO improvements, traffic to our site and many other wonderful things.

I asked them to email us further details as the rep was so persistent and pestering I just wanted her off my back and this apparently was deemed enough to start invoicing me for the full amount even though a potential payment plan was clearly sold to us yet never set up with them as we had little to no intention of using their services.

Fortunately, we're a small business and I wasn't driving traffic to our site myself at the time so it was clear to see from our analytics that we didn't get a single click in the window of time they were apparently doing their magic...literally ZERO visits to our site.

Fast forward two years with them unperturbed by my screenshots showing they did nothing, I am still receiving emails demanding payment and increasingly aggressive emails threatening legal action that never seems to materialise.

Long story short; do not use this company...they do nothing and expect to be paid for it.

A quick look at Glassdoor reviews shows this is essentially a high-pressure boiler room sales environment with unhappy employees who aren't seeking to deal with clients they can help but simply trying to grab money and extort small businesses.
