What a waste of time and money

What a waste of time and money! Nine months ago I contracted with Premier Wiki Publisher’s sister company (Elite Wiki Publishers) to produce a Wikipedia page. The bill for this service was submitted by KDP Publishers. After a while I was told that Elite Wiki had been hacked and my project was transferred to Premier Wiki. I gave these folks A LOT of money, and I was told that I would have a Wikipedia page in “three or four months.” More than twice that time has elapsed and I still have no page. The contract came with a “100% Money-Back Guarantee”—I have asked repeatedly for my money back, and I have received not one cent. The whole experience has been terrible with repeated e-mail silence in response to my inquiries. When I finally did get some response from them, it was just excuse after excuse for lack of progress. Save your money!

If I could write a review without…

If I could write a review without giving a star I would. They literally lied to me with "I guarantee you'll make this much if you do this program" and I was out $5k before I knew what hit me. What was my income return? $27. They tried to tell me that amazon had a glitche but my money would eventually show up so give them more money to do more while I wait. I personally called amazon and they looked at my records and there was no gliche. there was just no money owed to me.

Absolutely the worst customer service…

Absolutely the worst customer service in the game. You will sit on hold for an hour so they can hang up on you. This has happened 3 times today. Customer service has no idea about anything having to do with book publishing. Worst publisher to deal with because you can't.

Too big, customer service zero

To improve they need to care or have sizable competition.
They are too big and unless things change they will not, for everyone of us that says this is rubbish and I am not putting up with it there. are ten more trying their luck.
Word of advise, try elsewhere to avoid disappointment.

My experience with KDP Pros started of great ended bad

My experience with KDP Pros started off promising but ended in complete frustration.

In the beginning, communication was great — they called regularly, asked questions, and gave me progress updates. Around week three, they began pressuring me to use their marketing services and buy a website package. When I declined, their enthusiasm disappeared, and so did their effort.

The first revision of my book came back with serious formatting issues — the page numbers and table of contents were a mess. I politely pointed them out, but the second version looked almost identical. I even clarified my revision requests through ChatGPT to eliminate any possible language barrier, yet the same mistakes kept returning.

I ended up making the corrections myself and told them not to undo my work. From there, communication slowed to a crawl. Weeks passed with repeated approvals for the same unchanged file and no actual progress toward publishing.

When I finally pressed for a timeline to order author copies, I was told I’d get a call later that day with details. The call never came. Days passed, and when I followed up, they claimed I’d “misunderstood” and that they were still fixing internal upload issues. Then came vague excuses about AI involvement — even though AI editing is common and fully acceptable in publishing.

After yet another missed call and empty promises, I requested a refund. Strangely, within five minutes of that message, they finally called — apologizing, begging for more time, and promising to make things right. I stood firm. They agreed the refund would be processed by the 27th, but as of now, it has not been completed.

I am now disputing the charges through my bank. My advice: do not trust KDP Pros Publishers. Once you decline their upsells, communication stops, progress stalls, and accountability disappears.

An Experience of a Life Time

An Experience of a Life Time
Alex Smith and his team has done a remarkable job as my project manager with my book project. He did a wonderful job communicating with me every step of the way until the finish project. When changes had to be made, Alex and his team made sure that those changes were done and on a timely matter. I like how they allowed me to see each task for my approval for the book project instead of just doing it. Alex and his team were very respectful in that matter. Alex was a joy to work with. easy to talk to, and he showed interest in my work and made sure that the book project would be a success. I am pleased with him and his team including Steven. Now I am a published author and I am grateful. Excellent Job Alex, Steven, and the Team!!

After two years of spending money to…

After two years of spending money to get a book published in Spanish and English, including audibles in both languages, I still do not have my book published and have spent almost $10,000. They quickly get your money and do not deliver on their promises. They changed my account manager. The writing and editing staff constantly made errors in translating the book and did not deliver or sell books even as they were advertised on Amazon.com. Don't use this Publisher.

(This company KDP-PUBLISHERS has nothing to do with AMAZON Kindle Publishers …)
