They charge you just for dialing an international number, even when the call never connects. It kept ringing with no answer, but I was still charged every single time until my balance was gone. What a scam!

First time, i just succesfully top up from this site
but after that they just ban my account for unknown reasons!
i try to login with gmail but their site always said worng user name and password. i change my password seems not solving my problem. i think they just block my login details.

i move to drsim and they have and great customer support compare to this site!! this site is scammer!! stay away!

They charge you by only dialling a long distance number. The phone kept ringing with no answers. Despite that, I got charged for every single attempt and finally I received a warning for low balance. This is a scam.
I didn't talk even for a few seconds!!!

I still use it, but it's too expensive, and there's no promotion. I have been using it for over 3 years now.

First time user. Went to buy credit using a London (UK) address. Did not accept the address and would not process the order. Not exactly confidence inspiring. Pass.

I would give 0 star if i could, this i fraud, they rip you off guys.

It charges the account even if there's no connection! Instead of dropping the call, you are connected to another line with music and prerecorded voice, and you are still charged! Illogical!

Very poor quality line calling from UK to Japan. It was "Dalek" for over half an hour in the past two occasions when I used the service (only time I used the service - happened both times). Every time customer service promised to have done some kind of "tweaks" but it shouldn't be that way, in the sense that they have to "fix" every time I make a call. I don't know why this keeps happening. I am displeased to say the least.

Before I got KeepCalling I was always getting big bills from my mobile provider. Now, I save a lot. KeepCalling keeps things under control. I'm really happy with it.

In an era of WhatsApp and all the other so called " free" Internet based communication tools, Keep Calling struggles to maintain a high standard of classic telefon services at affordable prices.

Useless. It should refunf my credit. Not even able to make one call

They charge for failed calls and deduct credit even when it's "ringing". They refuse to provide a full refund for issues caused by their malfunctioning app - I wouldn't recommend it. Worst international call service for me.

In response to the reply below: I wasn't able to make ANY successful call - I don't understand how the duration of a "call" is measured when it's only ringing on my end with no answer. No other service that I have used in the past charge the user for failed calls.

More on my experience with the app:
- when a call is made the app shows connected when there is no connection (no ringing nothing)
- when a call is made, it keeps ringing (I have asked those I contacted, do you see any incoming calls on your end, they all said no.
- one time, the call appeared to be connected to a bot (speaking a language none of my callers speak)

In other words, I was charged (however they "define" duration) for a service I never received.

Great app but terrible customer service - just a chatbot giving generic answers. So it's a great app until you need help with something ...

I've been using Keepcalling for a few years now. It helps me keep in touch with my family in South Korea that don't have smart phones. I always get a great connection like they're in the next room. I strongly recommend this app.
