Crawlspace Expertise and Integrity
Kefficient, LLC visited our home in late February and early March to clean, drain and seal our crawlspace.
The photos of before, during and after the project will show the results; it is the people who served us that we would like to thank.
Never could we have expected such a hard working, skilled, diligent and polite crew. They were well managed, being on time, working with joy and staying until the job was done.
We've already noticed changes less than a week post job completion. The cold morning condensation on the windows is mostly gone. The musty smell not only in the crawlspace but occasionally in the upstairs living space is gone. The occasional damp hardwood floors are gone.
Interestingly, the tap water at the sink gets hot quicker. The temperature in the crawlspace is the same or even a degree or so warmer than the upstairs. The humidity is below 50%; today it's 35%. The floors are warmer.
We had an 80+ degree day, the inside house temperature was about 74 degrees and we didn’t need to use the air conditioning. The temperature of the air was comfortable and the humidity was low.
All three inspections by the Cumberland County Inspector passed quickly and passed the first time.
Some people TALK about professional ethics. These folks DO professional ethics and are exemplars in everything on the job. What a joy to work with them!
